In 1980, Mike and Fouly Frangos turned their passion for food and service into a high quality fast food restaurant in downtown Cleveland. We’re not a typical pizza shop. We’re not a typical fast casual restaurant. We are a high end fast food restaurant that serves pizza by the slice, burgers, fries, subs, and more–all under one roof. Not only do we have a menu variety which is affordable, but we expertly deliver our whole menu out to our customers. In short, Rascal House really is a different kind of pizza place!

Ordered delivery from Rascal House in Cleveland and everything went smoothly. The crust was nicely crispy on the outside with a fluffy, light dough inside, which was a big plus. Flavor was solid, but the pepperoni and meat toppings felt a bit light for a meat pizza. Still a good experience overall, and I’d definitely order again.

This spot has a hometown vibe and is great for a laid‑back dinner or late‑night bite after exploring downtown. While it’s not fancy, the food hits the spot if you’re in the mood for classic comfort eats. 
Would recommend trying the pizza and wings if you’re already nearby!

In the past, I was a regular at Rascal House for pizza, particularly when it was connected with Peabody’s Downunder. Recently, I had the opportunity to stop in the returant and purchase two slices, which brought back a flood of memories from that era.
The pizza’s flavor remains unchanged, evoking feelings of nostalgia reminiscent of attending a live show. We frequently performed at Peabody’s, often up to three times a week, and this pizza was a staple in our lives. Those were unforgettable times, and the consistent deliciousness of this pizza has been a hallmark.

Stopped after a Cleveland Charge game. The pizza was delicious and crispy, and I loved the crust. We also got the waffle fries with cheese sauce which were wonderful as well. My only regret is that to save some money I did not order the buffalo chicken which has their own made sauce. Maybe next time?

I had pasta. The bread was delicious, but the pasta needed more sauce and seasoning. The customer service was awesome. It was slightly busy. This location is at the comfort inn near CSU. It was raining pretty hard and the staff made sure the floor wasn’t slippery. The restaurant was extremely clean inside.

My wife and I stopped here after the concert over the weekend when we walked in it seemed a little busy so when we asked if they had a pick up order and they went and checked the rack we assumed it wasn’t ready. We waited almost 15 minutes and he handed a bag that had been there the whole time over and we stayed we were still waiting on some food and so we waited another 10 min and was told the cheese sticks we ordered had to be remade. After another 5-10 minutes another employee asked what we’re waiting for and brushed us off, we then saw him grab a box that had been sitting there this entire time and it was our cheese sticks. I’m all for understanding some nights are busy but the fact we waited nearly 30 minutes after our food was estimated to be ready just to be meant with short and dismissive behavior while our food was ready all along really left a sour taste in my mouth.

Went to get a late night bite around 1am last night. We were greeted with kindness immediately as we walked through the door. Very clean and nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was hot and beautiful 10/10 !

Rascals is the go-to spot for me and the homies. We’ve been coming here for years…starting back when it was in front of Peabody’s.
For the most part this is a solid place to get a quick bite to eat. They have good pizze and other things like fries, chicken tenders, cookies, etc. It’s solid.
I recently came by and they gave me a really weak order of french fries. I went back to ask the staff about it and they were kind enough to give me another serving. I do appreciate that. Though, everyone should get a healthy order of fries to begin with.
Dining is is always an interesting experience. Especially is you go late. Homeless people tend to hang around these parts and they may stop in every once in a while…characters, they are, that’s for sure.
But as far as pizza and the shop goes, it’s a solid choice. And I’ll continue to go back, especially with the homies!

Listen when I tell you that I eat pizza every where I go just to get it and this is top 2 of all the countries, states, cities, towns, etc .. FANTASTIC FANTASTIC FANTASTIC!!! Crunchy crust, sweet sauce nice cheese pull, tastes fantastic!!! I don’t do this often because let’s be honest, you expect decent grub when you’re paying for it! I even get at myself when I make something I want to be good that isn’t so I’m sure going to do the same to a restaurant!! BUT when they knock their food outta the park like that!!! I gotta go outta my way to let them know!! Fantastic job folks!!! SUPERIOR JOB I MEANT TO SAY!!! And I’m from Pittsburgh saying this!!!
