I’d been to and really enjoyed Chaska and I saw they are owned by the same person/group. Since there was a $5 off Black Friday special, I decided to try this restaurant. The menus were very similar. I started with mushroom soup and lamb samosa. The samosa were so flavorful and both dipping sauces were excellent. The mushroom soup was on the bland side and needed maybe some salt or spice. It was still pretty good and I liked the coconut flavor of the broth. The chicken tikka masala was tender but the flavor wasn’t as good as it was at Chaska. It needed some more creaminess or time to “come together”. Service was excellent and the space was cozy. I parked on the street a couple blocks down and enjoyed walking the town and seeing the nice window decorations for the holidays. Overall, this was a nice meal and a place I’d eat at again when I’m in the area.

I was here four years ago. The food, service and environment is as wonderful as I remember it. Their tamarind margarita is exquisite!

The Indian receptionist at our hotel recommended this restaurant and with good reason. Plenty of gluten-free options like Potato Dosa appetiser and lots of vegetarian curries, like the aubergine one I ordered. Brown and pillau rice, and an interesting chickpea bread. Large portions of delicious, slightly spicy food. Very nice Lime Shrimp.

Wonderful Indian food with great service and ambiance. The tamarin margarita is absolutely delicious and if you like lamb then you really can’t go wrong with any of the lamb dishes. Personally, I love to order some of their homemade chutney on the side and the naan (honey ginger or garlic cilantro).
The appetizers are all tasty. I love the cauliflower and samosas the most, depends on your appetite.
Only drawback is that it is a bit tight inside and street parking only, which is very normal for main street East Greenwich restaurants. The staff is always very friendly and the vibe of the restaurant is colorful and fun.

I visited Rasa with a friend and enjoyed and outstanding experience all the way around. The atmosphere was delightful, service perfect, and the food and drink was outstanding. I loved everything about my time there. Great menu selection and vegetarian options. The cilantro martini was exceptional. I highly recommend when in East Greenwich you visit Rasa and enjoy this one of a kind experience. I know I will be back very soon.

Indian food had been a roaming craving for days and RASA came through.
Flavorful spice, aromatic depth, and gentle heat where it mattered.
• Cauliflower 65: Sweet, spicy, golden perfection
• Spiced Chickpea Bread: Earthy and satisfying
• Creamy Mushroom Soup: Smooth and savory
• Spinach Yellow Dal
Yellow lentils with fresh ginger, turmeric, spinach, cumin, and garlic. Mild, non-chili, and deeply fragrant (GF) (V)
Some dishes leaned mild and aromatic, others brought the chili heat. All were rich in essence.
Service with soul amicable staff, swift with takeout grace, plating kindness on real flatware.
