Why is the best Sushi in Minnesota located in a gym? Because when you want the best, pay for the best, you get the best. With Christina heading up the front of the house Hero & Chano as your Itamae you know things are going to be good. The Sushi and the experience is awesome. Definitely NOT the best sushi in Minneapolis! It’s good maybe for the happy hour price but their speciality roles are a little bland, as much as I wanted to like them. Edamame is disgusting, unless you like it raw and soaked in oil, then by all means gorge yourself. The atmosphere and service is really good. Would recommend if you are in the area during happy hour.
