The Rare lounge is a very exquisite bar. They have the best selection of whiskey and spirits . The bartenders there are truly special. They can shake up and make the best drinks and the greatest part is that they do it with a smile and make you feel special when they do it. This is a lovely lounge. The bartender was very friendly, but when we went to order my husband asked for a bud light bottle, which they do not have. A male manager actually said ” read the drink menu” quite sarcastically and rudely. It was out of left field and uncalled for as the drink menu was in front of me. We were a little stunned by his rudeness.

The waiter and busser were great! Water kept coming and the waiter was very knowledgeable. The bartender took forever to make our drinks. Apparently training someone, which is fine, but it was time wasted. The espresso martinis are delicious. The singer abd piano player was phenomenal.

This is currently the bar that my wife and I enjoy the most in the Boston area. The bar tenders make amazing cocktails and the food is perfect. We have always had perfect experiences here. Oh and the live music is phenomenal.

I will start with the positive as it is a very nice atmosphere in this legit 5 Star Resort Facility, but otherwise not a good experience at this eatery. I ordered their “James Bond Martini” and it was rancid and undrinkable after only ½ a sip. The server was not happy when I politely returned it and asked for a draft beer instead. The Peroni draft came out cold, but it actually seemed watered down. The $20 Caesar Salad I ordered was a wet mush. The $30 Shrimp Cocktail had enormous shrimp, as advertised, but they were tasteless and the cocktail sauce was some foul inedible ketchup with some horseradish shavings. My partner had the fish and chips. One of the fish pieces was decent, but the other one tasteless and the best we could say about the chips/fries were that they were at least edible. The first server we had looked miserable. The second was okay. When the bill came, the rancid Martini ($18) was still on there! When I asked for it to be removed, the server said he would have to check with the manager, but that manager wasn’t available. Yikes! So we waited another 15 minutes and it finally got taken off. What a $100+ mess.

Waited 45 minutes to get a cocktail. Servers are good at ignoring you. Ordered a medium burger , got a well done Burger King special. Over 100 spent , i would have felt much better if i had lost it at the casino. Not returning.

Went here on a Monday night, close to kitchen closing. Kassandra and Malik were so great. They couldn’t have been nicer, food was so good and service was so attentive. I never felt like I was inconveniencing them, instead they were so welcoming!

Not good. Got very sick after telling the server 3 times I have an allergy. Almost ended going to the hospital. It will be many days before i can fully recover.
To add insult to injury, the food quality was a huge disappointment. Steak frites was disgusting. It’s like a thick cut of cold pastrami with the weirdest aftertaste. Dont call steak!
This is not the rare restaurant that I love so much. Ugg. Wish I saved my money.
