The night shift does a wonderful job and deserve a raise. Shaista A and her partner are a very talented team and excel at preparing food.The food is always hot and fresh. The chicken is flavorful and juicy.Talk about flavor this is the place! Friendly service every time i come here. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait time but that’s expected dealing with chicken.I strongly recommend calling in to place your order if your in a hurry.The wait time is definitely worth it for the excellent food and service.Great late hours!

Food was fine but not outstanding. Only only employee was working at 2pm on a Thursday so service was very slow, and they spent more time on their phone/talking to a friend than working on the food. The restaurant was pretty dirty and laid out very strangely, a huge open space in front of the counter and a ton of tables next to the door.
My biggest issue was the menu- it’s massive. The display on their screen is unreadable, and I can’t imagine with the huge variety of options than any of them are particularly high quality. If this is a chicken place try focusing on that.

This was my first visit to rapids chicken. I asked the young lady behind the counter. What were her top two sellers of Indian cuisine and that’s what I ordered She brought them to my table, and I thoroughly enjoyed all the different flavors and dipping sauces The chicken was Cooked Perfectly and All the flavors were Amazing
I will most definitely return in the near future and bring friends. Best wishes for future success in this location

Note in had their Indian options!.. the Achari and the chile verde kabbab.. 100% would order again.. not sure why they go for this late night fried chicken idea?.. and after reading some other reviews hope they’ve pulled fish off the menu!!..
Food was honestly excellent! Noting I had their focused Indian food which is like a small section of their menu.. and price was perfect to match I would pay $20 at a different location to have food that good so $11 with the late night option! Take my money!!..
(The Achari was spicy btw for those spice lovers!), perfect level for me but prolly sweating level for most others..
But!! The place is honestly filthy.. only 3 tables had no buildup of previous guests. Like actively able to scrape residue from the booth tables.. their fryers stink up the whole place and when they were making my food the place smoked up fairly bad.. then course finish my meal and get to the restroom.. and the average person may have vomited then.. bugs in the soap ppl! And tbh, had I, would of reopened room to have the Achari again so would of not felt bad at all..
100% this place deserves to become big.. just wish in their current lack of customers someone would take the time to clean the place and when they have the customers they can hire an active cleaner..
I can overlook cleanliness as long as I don’t get sick from it.. and will re-edit my review of I ever get back to this place and it happens to be clean! (I may not make a drive for it but work brought me around for this visit.)
10/10 would go again just for the Indian food.. but most will get turned away with how disgusting the place looks.. (p.s. I left a 2 star cuz it more likely to be read)

We’ve ordered to go here several times and I will never complain about it the food. It’s fresh and the portions for pricing is very good. However, it is the team there and the excellent customer service which makes me really appreciate this spot. My 5 year old (tired) son was having a meltdown that we went there around 9 and there was no bobba left, Shaz (sorry if I spelled it wrong) heard him and went out of her way to make him another blue drink instead. I really appreciated that. Thank you!

Chicken tenders were very generous in size and so very delicious. Fries were so good too! Cooked fresh upon ordering. Service was excellent. I will definitely return for pickup or door dash my next order.

Food was freshly made, very tasty. Very affordable for the amount of food! The chicken I got was with garden mint seasoning and sauce which was unique but good. Also ordered lemon pepper chicken which was slightly lacking in lemon pepper taste but overall was good. The rapids hot dip is good too! The roti with the meal is a nice plus and coleslaw was seasoned nicely. I like that is Halal as well!

Had a delivery order. Fish sandwich was nothing like they advertise, its like a filet o fish they tossed some limp lettuce on. The onion rings were burnt and I said no seasoning but they were totally coated in something lime flavored that tasted awful. Fries were missing entirely.

Delicious and has a drive thru!! They let me use it to pick up my order and the worker was very kind and happy which was nice. The food itself was very tasty! Would order again.

The achanti and butter chicken were good, Achanti tasted similar to marinara and the butter chicken was flavorful. Both lightly spiced. If you like real spicy, you need to ask.
