The food was great but the service was horrible. The entire dining room was disgusting, we had to wipe our own table off and clean the seats. The workers had terrible attitudes. I will never come back.

Update 5 months later: went back to give them another chance and this might possibly be the worst run place ever. It took over an hour to get our food (not so Rapid). They continuously got confused and were mixing up orders and giving away the wrong pizzas. On top of that, the girl tried to give me CHEESY garlic bread FOUR times when I ordered regular garlic bread and couldn’t comprehend what the issue was.

This place used to be so good but they’ve gone downhill lately. I’ve had many minor issues recently but yesterday is the final straw for me. It appears from my google searches the parent company was bought by new owners in 2021 and it makes sense it’s been declining ever since.
1. I attempted to place a carry out order on their website. Their website has always been horrendous and would not work yesterday. I was forced to order pickup through DoorDash which I of course ended up having to pay a higher price for everything.
2. I requested garlic dipping sauce with my pizza. Upon arrival to the store the staff did not provide sauce. Instead they pointed me to a self service sauce stand. The most unsanitary thing ever that makes me wish we could go back to COVID times. No joke, yesterday while waiting for my food, I watched a woman come in and grab 8 different sauces, one by one, squirting a small amount of sauce into a cup, dipping her finger in it, licking her finger, and putting the sauce bottle back. She licked a total of 3 fingers and touched 8 sauce bottles with said fingers… shame on rapid fire for even offering a self service station. I don’t go to Buffets for a reason, let me get some sauce from behind the counter you sick freaks.
3. I’m severely lactose intolerant, I ordered a pizza with vegan cheese. I was a bit weary when eating my pizza as my wife’s order was slightly wrong. I didn’t think too much of it until 1am this morning when I was sat in the bathroom for over an hour in immense pain.. I’ll spare everyone the details but it’s safe to say I will not be going back here anymore.
Way to ruin what used to be such a great restaurant.

When I speak it IS stamped‼️. And when I eat sum good I gotta speak. This is! if not one of the best pizza places to go to. Pizza does not come greasy at all! Lots of variety to choose from and of course you can build your own (10”-14”)! There are MANY sauces to the side that you can personally apply to your pizza. They offer gluten free crust and vegan cheese for my fellow vegans there’s even an option to add up to 3 seasonings of your choice (salt, red pepper flakes, and oregano . The taste was very exceptional . The lady who took my order/made my pizza was amazing & great to conversate with and made the experience great. I will be stopping by again soon ❤️

Good pizza overall. There is a variety of crust and topping options for a build your own pizza. We love coming here cause it’s comparable to other fast pizza places and we get whatever we want. There is no topping limit! They do offer a non build your own menu that includes desserts. The building is usually clean and employees are usually very nice and helpful!

went there 3x in last several months. Go inside, go thru a line and tell employees what you want. I like the 11 inch thin with 3+ toppings of my choice, by the time I got my fountain drink and napkins and sat down for maybe three minutes, my pizza was ready. The dining room is a bit worn. Everyone can get their own individual pizza. The pizza was better than I expected.

I wouldn’t say it’s super fast but it was good and the people are friendly!! They did their best to accommodate my soy allergy even altering the recipe so I could have the dessert pizza!! I’d definitely come back!!!

NoDoh Pizza!! My husband and I are doing Low Carb and Rapid Fired Pizza offers a breadless pizza. They use s special pan, start with the sauce, then cheese and spinach, and after that you add the toppings you want. Make your own. Generous toppings. It was delicious!! Not finger food though! You will need a fork. So for you LCHF or Keto folks out there you will love this. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be back!!

We’ve probably ordered 6 times in the short time they have been open. The pizza is always tasty, and, for the most part, the orders have been accurate. The dipping sauces are a nice addition. The delivery driver, Nash, is friendly and professional. We’re glad they are open!!
