I recently stopped by Rapid Fired Pizza in Englewood, OH for lunch with my father and a friend, and overall, we had a decent experience. I’ve actually been to this location before, but it had been years since my last visit—not because anything was wrong, but simply because I hadn’t been craving it. This time around, I’m glad I gave it another shot, because it did not disappoint.
I ordered a personal-size pizza and built it with white sauce, chicken, red onion, mushrooms, banana peppers, and jalapeños—a great mix of flavor and spice. The ingredients were fresh, and the crust had a nice crisp to it without being overdone. The pizza came out hot and fast, which was perfect for a quick lunch stop.
To satisfy my sweet tooth, I added one of their Killer Brownies, and I have to say, it was amazingly good—rich, chewy, and full of chocolate flavor. It’s definitely something I’d grab again next time. For a drink, I had a Dr Pepper, and even that tasted fresh and properly carbonated—something you don’t always get at fast-casual places.
My dad and friend both enjoyed their pizzas as well, and we all agreed the service was friendly and efficient. The staff was helpful at the counter, and the restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained.
Overall, this visit reminded me why I liked Rapid Fired Pizza in the first place. It’s a solid lunch spot with plenty of customization, good speed, and tasty options—even dessert. I’ll definitely be adding it back into my regular lunch rotation. If you haven’t been in a while, it’s worth revisiting!

Absolutely not I was not expecting this. This barely has chicken and all I taste is barbecue sauce. They usually do very good service. I don’t know what happened this time, but I probably will not be eating here no more.and the chicken was hard

!!!BE CAREFUL GOING THERE TODAY!!! Very disappointed, my partner and I went in to get pizza today. We eat here frequently and had not previously had any issues. Today we noticed new faces that were not normally there. We ordered our food like normal. We grabbed our pizza and left I was two slices in but was not satisfied it did not taste as good as it normally did. When I went for another slice I pulled the cheese and toppings back because it was an odd texture in my pizza. That’s when I realized that although the bottoms was seeming to be done. The dough on the top where the toppings sit was in fact still raw and soft and stretchy not cooked. I could not and would not eat anymore because raw pizza the light is not safe to consume and can cause you to become sick. I luckily warned my partner about this he checked his pizza and his was the same way as mine the dough was not cooked all the way through. He opted to go inside and request a remake on his pizza I was very off the pizza and lost my appetite. They only gave us a partial refund for my pizza and seemed annoyed at his request. Very rude staff and the potential of making customers sick by serving this today very sad because the normal staff that works never served us pizza this way. Not sure if they don’t have the oven set to the right temperature or time today because we both also realized how much quicker they seemed to be done l vs when we normally get them. I have included pictures that is not cheese that is being pulled from the pizza it is still raw dough.
***Update***
I have been sick to my stomach all last night and into this morning please take care when preparing people’s food and make sure it’s able to be cooked fully before serving so people do not get sick from eating.

Stopped in for a quick lunch while awaiting my SportClips haircut next door and SOOO glad I did! New to the area and was totally new to Rapid Fired. Some of the very best, crispy, freshest & most delicious pizza I’ve ever had, nationwide!

I have went to the one on Brant Pike and I was impressed. This one I went to was very crowded. I waited for 10 minutes. I did not even get to taste the pizza! Edit: I have tasted it, it’s really good it’s just that this place is always crowded. If you come be prepared to wait.

Another highly replicated concept that keeps growing. This one is a miss compared to others and also poses the same issue most flash cooked pizza like this has. First off the process on this day was way too slow as the team just did not have a good flow going, so with about 6 customers total it took way too long. The pizza itself had a crust that required a fork as it was too floppy. The toppings and cheese and sauce and overall flavor also suffer in this quick bake process. Instead of the toppings and cheese and sauce and crust all coming together as one wonderful pie with a beautiful flavor in every bite. Here you taste every individual item as the pie never truly melds together to give you the true bakes goodness of a traditional pizzeria. This is simply fast food pizza. Quality suffers and now pizza has took another step backward once again.

I absolutely loved this place. They provided a gluten free, and vegan dairy free cheese options. The gluten-free crust was a wonderful texture that tasted like dough bread, rather than cardboard, like most glute free pizza crust options. They also offered a wide variety of veggie toppings that were so delicious. The best part is regardless of what you order. Your order is cooked and served within ten minutes or less. I highly recommend this pizza stop, especially for those with gluten and dairy sensitivities. However, due to the setup of the facilities, they can not guarantee no cross contamination. Therefore, I would not recommend going here if your allergies are dangerously severe.

Should have the name changed to “fired pizza” or maybe just pizza.
Placed a pick up order at 12:09pm and a pickup time of 12:35pm was given. Arrived at the store at 12:36. Employee behind the counter (later identified as the manager) didn’t acknowledge me at first and another employee asked if I had a pick up, which I confirmed and gave my name.
Over the next almost 30 mins, multiple walk-in customers order, pay and receive their food before myself and a Door Dasher, who had been waiting at least the same time as me, if not longer.
Finally the manager asked if I was waiting on an order still, and what the name was. I asked what happened to my order since there had been multiple ones ordered, made and served before mine. I asked to speak with the manager on duty and she said it was her. I shared that I had been waiting almost 30 mins since the pick up time, and almost a full hour since I placed my order. How is it that multiple walk-in customers got their orders live-in-store before mine placed a half hour before them?
Manager’s response: “Yeah sorry”
It’s a shame the customer service sucks here because the food is almost always killer.
