Sam was such a great server. He explained all the foods that we got and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. The menu has a little bit of everything you want but the value is so worth it. The restaurant also gave us a free dessert that was delicious! Will definitely be coming back here again!

First time visiting Rani Sa Royal Dining, and my boyfriend and I had an amazing experience.
We were warmly welcomed with excellent service. Everyone was friendly, especially Samuel, who explained the menu and took great care of us. He’s also an awesome bartender! He made my boyfriend the Queen Midland Mule and a flaming cocktail for me called Spicy Mistress. Both were delicious, and the flaming drink gave such a fun, royal vibe—it made the night feel extra special.
We ordered Papadum Talks and Lasooni Gobi as appetizers, followed by Beef Vindaloo, Chicken Korma, Daal Tadka with rice, and garlic naan. Everything tasted very authentic and delicious, with generous portions. We ordered a bit too much and happily took leftovers home.
The restaurant was busy, so the main dishes took a little longer than expected, but it was totally worth the wait. Samuel continued checking in and made us feel very welcomed throughout.
At the end, Samuel kindly brought us a dessert to show his gratitude. We usually don’t enjoy Indian desserts, but wow—this cheese ball with mango cream sauce and crushed nuts was amazing. I would definitely order it again.

I was in Midland for the opening of a new Topper’s Pizza store and was looking for an Indian restaurant when Rani Sa appeared on my map. Visiting this place turned out to be one of the best decisions of my trip.
From the first day, I felt a special connection with this restaurant. That’s where I met Sam honestly, one of the most humble, polite, respectful, and genuinely caring people I’ve ever met. His customer service is on another level. He treats every guest like family and always makes sure everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and valued.
The interior is beautiful, warm, and cozy. The moment you walk in, it feels like home. The atmosphere is peaceful and positive, making you want to stay longer and come back again and again.
The menu is very well-designed and full of amazing options. During my 6-day stay, I visited almost every single day and tried many different dishes — and not even once was I disappointed. Every dish was fresh, perfectly cooked, full of authentic flavor, and absolutely delicious. The quality and consistency are truly impressive.
Sam even went out of his way to customize a curry especially for me and named it after me. That gesture alone shows how much they care about their customers. It made me feel truly special and appreciated.
Fatima, the main chef, deserves huge praise. Her smile is so warm and welcoming, and she always comes to check if everything is perfect. Her passion for cooking shows in every dish. The taste, presentation, and balance of flavors are outstanding. Her cooking, combined with Sam’s service, makes this restaurant feel more like a family home than just a place to eat.
Because of my experience, our entire staff started eating here regularly. Even my friends who are very picky about food absolutely loved it. They especially praised the chicken biryani — rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
And please, do not leave without trying the rasmalai. It is hands down one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Soft, fresh, sweet, and perfectly balanced. If you miss it, you will definitely regret it!

Excellent experience. There are currently three choices for indian food in the area. All three a pretty good, but Ranisa’s is exceptional. The food tasted wonderful, the meat was very nice and tender, drinks were fabulous. The prices seem a bit higher than the other restaurants, but the portions are very large and very much worth it. They’re in the same space as the old Explorer Cafe and they kept many of the great design touches and ambiance. Wonderful service tops it off, we will be back.

Had the most amazing dining experience at Rani Sa tonight – where the Explores Cafe used to be, from the accents, music and details right down to the food every part of the evening was spectacular everywhere you look is beautiful. Pricing was also really great especially for what we got we couldnt finish our meals the portions are huge. We had the beef briyani and chicken korma. Please check them out they are newly opened I believe 4 days ago and book your reservation because they have a full dinningroom and it is filled. The food is so delicious and the hosts are great!
