Rango’s was recommended to my wife and I by her coworker. From the outside it looked quiet and nearly empty. When we got inside it was full of life! We were brought to our table very quickly, and soon met with chips and salsa. They were both very fresh and delicious. We had quac and queso for an appetizer and both were extremely good. She got tacos, and I got the chile relleno. They both were so fresh and well prepared you could tell they take their time and care with the food. The only downside was our waiter was very quiet when he spoke so it was very hard to tell what he was saying most of the time and I had to keep asking him what he said. Other than that an amazing experience and we will be returning!

Stopped in for the first time for lunch. It felt like a very authentic Mexican restaurant. The portions were really good. The “market price” guacamole was fantastic (chunky & spicy) & overall, the food was very tasty & very delicious & tasted fresh. The salsa was amazing as well. The corn tortillas tasted fresh & the quesadilla was absolutely amazing with the mushroom & spinach.
The only thing I would probably mention is that they probably need a couple more servers on the floor because the server that we had seemed overwhelmed & was not as attentive because it was a little busy, other than that it was a great visit. Would definitely come back for the food.

First visit to Rango’s Tex mex in Tysons corner. We had lunch special and some mojitos.
I ordered spicy Chicken Tacos and veg tacos, it was awesome, they add habanero chilli to it so be careful if you ask spicy.
Portions were great comes with some rice and beans salsa.
For drinks pineapple and mango mojito were delicious with a fresh pineapple garnish.
Service was attentive and friendly .They also serve fresh chips and salsa as you sit down on the house. The place was busy as the food is great and owner also checked on us .
Free parking
Will visit again and highly recomend it.

By far the best Mexican restaurant in the area. The meat quality, especially the beef was great for the price. The menu prices are a tad bit more than the average price for these types of dishes but it’s worth it for how good they are. The portion sizes are pretty big to fill you up. They do get busy for dinners so expect to wait for your food for a while longer. They sing sacs celebrate birthdays too which is was pretty cool. Highly recommend to try this place out!!

I had dinner at this homie restaurant recently, and even though it was pretty full, everything was clean and well-kept. The location is great—peaceful and in a nice spot—and I especially loved the outdoor seating. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious, and the prices were very reasonable. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Ordered the chicken and steak fajitas. The steak was so tender and well seasoned. Not overly salty, it was just right. The chicken was good too. Seasoned well, not dry. The flour tortillas were nice and fluffy. I also ordered a mango mojito and a tamal de elote. Both were so good. Definitely will go back to try other entrees.

Great service from our usual waitress Paola, a fast, smiley lady. Good selection of dishes and ingredients. I lived many years in Mexico and have traveled the country by land; I married a beautiful Mexican woman often confused for Eastern European. So definitely there is some true Mexican flavor here. I don’t know where the cooks are from, but I understand the owners are from El Salvador (often confused with part of Mexico, but that country is in Central America, while Mexico is one of the three North American countries).
Regardless, there is some authentic flavor to the Mexican dishes, and I know Mexico deeply and widely, as I said.
Tex-Mex—any Tex-Mex food—is actually Mexican cuisine from northern Mexico, and mostly originated in the time when Texas was part of Mexico, so this is actually northern Mexican food (there are really too many cuisines in a vast country like Mexico: northern, Michoacán-Jalisco, Oaxacan, Pueblan, Yucatán, Veracruzan—all offer their own Mexican food. Mexican food is the most diverse and richest).
The dish selection is very good, but naturally limited, as Mexican cuisine is too diverse. You need to live at least a year in Mexico to truly understand why I am saying this. You can eat local food just in Mexico City for a whole year and not repeat a single dish of Mexican food.
Congratulations on your restaurant.
Just, I took a couple of stars the music is too loud and the conversation is difficult. Many restaurants are loud, something I struggle with. There could be a better selection of Mexican Musik.

Awesome place! Went there on a busy Saturday night (glad I had reservations, it was busy) and the service was still amazing. Chips and salsa were delivered to our table within minutes of sitting down, and then almost immediately the server took our drink order, and then another few minutes after that the drinks were served! Food was also served quickly. The enchiladas and chimichangas were excellent. It was a little noisy, but that is to be expected. Definitely plan on going back soon.

Good service, convenient parking and spacious. The restaurant has a lively decor and would be a fun place for groups… and come hungry because portions are generous and easily shareable.

My husband is more of a tex-mex fan, I’m basically the plus one. The chips and salsa comes complimentary, it was so easy to fill up on them… my bad.

Apps: Chile con Carne-my husband loved it! It was ok, I prefer a more “heat.”

Tacos Mexicanos-tasty but messy. The Tortillas fall apart.
Chilaquiles- not what I expected with all the melted cheese on it. It was ok. I’m glad I asked for steak to be added. Made it more flavorful. The steak was tender and seasoned well

We would probably return. My husband really liked this place. And I wouldn’t mind trying other things on the menu. The menu options are alot!
