The food was 10/10 in terms of flavor, aroma, and balance. The atmosphere was cozy, warm, and had a lively playlist. There was ample seating and friendly service.
We shared the Khao Phan Sane (a very large dumpling). The single dumpling had a pork and cabbage filling wrapped in a thick rice wrapper, sitting in soy vinegar, chili oil, and scallions. I could eat two orders of this as a meal and be satisfied!
Entrees: Wat Nanyoe (Braised Pork Ribs) marinated with black cardamom, Thai chili, garlic, and cilantro, served with jasmine rice; and the Shan Khao Swe (Shan Style Pork Noodles). Both dishes were filling and had us wanting more with every bite.
You can definitely tell the menu and space were curated with care. I liked how this location was split in two: on one side is a diner vibe and the other cocktails. Definitely recommend visitors and locals check out Rangoon Bistro.

We came here for a light dinner as we were in the area. The place is spacious and also had an outdoor area to dine at. We ordered a few items to share – Khao Pyan Sane (Very large dumpling), Wat Nanyoe (braised pork ribs), and Shao Khan Swe (Shan style pork noodles). The food came out pretty quick and all were enjoyable. Everything had good flavors to it. I did find the braised pork ribs to be a bit on the saltier side. The pork noodles were good in that the texture of the noodles were nice and chewy.

Had a quick bite to eat here in the early evening off a recommendation and it did not disappoint!
Service was friendly and quick. We had the Khao Pyan Sane to start and loved the sauce with it. For our mains we shared the Amel Aloo Hnat, Beef And Potato Curry and the Mushroom Si Chet, both amazing dishes on a cold evening.
We will definitely be back in the future!

The food, the ambience and the service is just out of the world. The food is delicately flavorful and the texture of the food and the pairings of drinks both alcoholic as well as non alcoholic quite impressive.
Don’t miss the first chicken here. The noodles with the pork is awesome. If there isn’t pork, just ask them to add it..it tastes out worldly!
Service is impeccable and quick. Loved the outdoor seating, esp in the summer.

I like the dumpling itself but the sauce is too much vinegar. Milk tea is pretty good, pretty high quality. I don’t like the pork noodle that much … it taste a little bit off for me and the fried chicken is … hmmm dry and no taste.

We did family style pork noodles and pork spareribs ribs/rice. Food arrived faster than we though and it was delicious. The pork ribs just fell off that bone and we mixed it in with rice before eating. To note, these dishes are garlic heavy so the taste lasts in your mouth after (in case youre on a date or something , nothing a stick of gum won’t fix or a cocktail to cleanse the pallette after).
Service team was great and attentive. Will definitely stop by again to try more dishes. The cocktails at Bone Sine are fun too.

We love Rangoon! They’re 100% taking Burmese cuisine to the next level! We visit almost weekly to take advantage of their full menu & make sure we try all the specials. Their team is awesome & always on top of it. So glad there’s a spot closer to home now, we love the Mississippi location!

Oh my. The food here touches your soul. On a gloomy day due to both the weather and our declining goodness in the world – Rangoon’s food sweetens your mood, warms your body, and says “you got this girl”.
The Coca-Cola can sized dumpling grips your taste buds with a sweet, sour, and savory array of flavors making each bite better than the one before. Not to mention, a decent amount of the menu is gluten free with additional veggie options.
