Stopped in on a Friday afternoon with my sister. The parking lot was packed, but there was no wait I had papas con carne and she had chilliequiles (sp?). Came out fast and delicious. The red was spicy! Ordered a side of queso, because it’s good on everything. Or server was excellent. Even though she was busy, she kept our soda filled and checked on us just the right amount. This place never fails to impress.

Dropped in for a piece of Mexican latte cake (my favorite) and blueberry Danish. Both were so good, the Danish was buttery and crisp but yet soft and had plenty of blueberry filling. The cake always hits with the four layers in one slice you cannot go wrong. Definitely recommend. They had a 30 min wait when I went for my carryout

8/2/25- great restaurant! Service was excellent at today’s visit. Place is clean and well organized. Food was delicious. Several vegan options at this location. Their tofu tacos are absolutely outstanding for a vegan option. Have had them many times and they are consistently good. We were seated right away at approximately 8:30 am, but it does get busier for later breakfast. Plenty of parking if you don’t mind walking a little bit.

I arrived around 11 on a Sunday. They were busy and navigating the people crowded around was a little difficult. There was available seating for 1 at the lunch counter and I opted for that to avoid the waiting list. The staff was strained to keep up as everyone seemed to be very rushed, but I’m sure I arrived during a rush. It was a five minute wait for someone to take my drink order, by that time I had looked at the menu and decided to order food as well. I had waited 10 minutes when the server returned to inform me that my order had been misplaced and he needed to take it again. He was apologetic and I wasn’t in a rush so I didn’t mind. The food came out a few minutes later and everything looked very appetizing. I ordered the blue corn relleno. The chilie was a little difficult to cut into, but had a good consistency and flavor. The cheese was melty and creamy. The beans and rice were of better quality than some I have had. As I went to pay my tab I asked to purchase a cinnamon roll and was informed that it would be no charge for the extra time I waited for my food. Those cinnamon rolls with maple icing are heavenly. Their dessert case is filled with lots of fresh made goodies that are perfect to take home and enjoy later. I wanted to give this place a higher rating, but my visit had some mild turbulence. 7/10 I do recommend, just not during the after church rush.

Me and two lovely family members ate there about two weeks ago, and the meal was delicious! Service was both prompt (especially for how busy they were) and very friendly. The chicken enchilada plate I got was out of this world, and portions were quite generous! It’s not every time I get a to-go box when eating out, but I did this time. Always good to have leftovers to enjoy later 🙂

Went there with high hopes after seeing so many good reviews. But this place turned out way below expectation! The foods were way expensive compared to Albuquerque. The food we ordered were cold and seems not made with fresh ingredients!! My guacamole tasted and appeared like kept in fridge for 2 days (picture attached)! The biscuits and gravy that my friend ordered also feels the same.The potatoes came with her dish seems under cooked! Our server was talking with some friends dining in restaurant periodically for a long time, didn’t pay attention to our order. And it took a while for out food to come.
Totally a terrible experience!
If they are charging that much money for their food, better give service for that!
The only positive things to talk about is the cinnemol rolls we ordered. It was fresh, warm and delicious.
I hope range cafe provide the service they should suppose to or ramp down price for their food.

So I went back To order the best steak and enchiladas ever and my bubble was burst. That Pic was real and amazing the second time was just terrible. Chip and salsa had a hair. The waitress went to get us another and left the hair salsa on the table. Another waitress picked it up and removed it. The enchiladas were tough even with all that sauce on it. Believe me when I say rough I used a knife to cut them. My wife’s was the same way. Chewy hard and we used a knife. Now the steak, see that Pic I have here. That was my first time here. See that gorgeous char, perfectly cooked? Well that’s not what I got. I showed the manager but I didn’t get that. The steak was cooked medium rare, it just didn’t look anywhere near the Pic of the first visit. I had to complain and the manager came and took them away immediately. I didn’t have time to take a Pic. It’s not the cheapest item on the menu so Im afraid it won’t be like this Pic here. So remember it was the best steak and enchiladas ever to what did they just serve me? It became my stop ever time I’m in Albuquerque. Maybe I’ll go to…
