I was planning a birthday party celebration lunch for a large group, so I called ahead to reserve tables. All of the hosts that I spoke with were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Jaelyn efficiently got everything confirmed over the phone, and then when we arrived at the restaurant, it was all set and Faith graciously finished ensuring that everything was exactly the way that we wanted it. They even arranged for the servers to sing to the two birthday girls – complete with giant hats for them to wear! Our servers were also wonderful – explained the menu, answered questions, and helped guide enjoyable decisions based on personal tastes. The chips and salsa were fresh, delicious, and plentiful, and the drinks were strong and flavorful. The food is always great! We are so glad to have this all-around consistently awesome spot in our neighborhood!

This was our first time visiting Rancho Rustic after work with my family, and the experience was outstanding. The service was excellent from start to finish. Diego, our server, truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. His attention to detail and positive attitude made the evening even more enjoyable.

Delicious food!! Especially the nachos and the mocajete for 2. Sylvia was so helpful, and we were asked by a separate person multiple times to refill our water. Such a delicious, pleasant meal.

Had a great lunch with my bestie. We had cheese dip 8/10(because of cost value), tortilla soup 10/10, taco 9/10, tres amigo 5/10 it was just ok. Our waitress Mayra(probably spelled wrong) was great. Very attentive and took good care of us.

We had a great experience our waitress Leslie provided a fenomenal service, her and the rest of the staff were so welcoming, great food the cooks know what theyre doing. In general the atmosphere was lovely our waitress Leslie definitely made sure of that, she was kind and had a smile with her everytime the wait wasn’t long. If you are able definitely give this place a chance and request Leslie as you waitress. Not only her but the times we have comed here Diego always has a smile in his face and the positive attitude that he brings makes you want to come again and again. Over all Diego is a great waiter without a doubt one of the reasons we keep coming here. Next time you come to El Rancho Rustico you will be greated by an amazing atmosphere. Diego makes sure to bring that to this establishment.
