I went to Rancho for the first time and ordered Birria. They need to add more cheese to the birrias and the dipping sauce is too watery and doesn’t have much flavor. The customer service was good.

Customer service is not good here for Americans. Why? They will give you an attitude. No greeting. The cook will throw the inked paper in your food. Which is bacteria in your food. The lady won’t give you your change back when you purchase your meal. You’ll get skipped while Your food is on the counter and other customers will get their orders made and completely while you’ve been waiting and the food is getting cold. So I have my food cold now. When it was nice and hot. I’m not going to tolerate people like this in my City. Somebody better warn them about me cause it won’t be nice in the future.

I was surprised. Very small but the food is good, tastes great with the little sauce they give you. Took a bit so be patient, they cook it on the spot. The guy cutting and frying is amazing, how he did all of that on point.

I love this place. Gets a little packs late in the night. If you are craving a chimy (domican style burger with cabbage and dressing) this is the place to go, but they do run out. So call ahead. I always get plantain with pig ears! Made myself hungry. Remember you’re there for the food, not appearance tho. You’ll understand.

Two of my cards got “decline” because she didn’t want to charge it. She invited me to go to the ATM in the front store to withdraw money. It was raining and you guys do accept card so why to tell customers lies about the charge?

That’s a fritura place (mostly fried food), It’s definitely a good option if you ever like fresh fried food. The tostones was amazing. I took 3 different kind of meat, the only down side, a lil bit salty but tasty.

Honestly this was one of my favorite spots in High School, after moving to Oklahoma all I did was dream of their amazing Picadera they always made. After visiting for the holidays I decided to order me some food when realizing the place had turned into a filthy place. Beside that I ordered to-go before getting there, people walking in after me recieved their food before me, and let me not mention the food poisoning I had that night. SORRY but ya really disappointed me.
