What appeared to be an alley leaving nowhere, it opened up to the great view of a food trailer parked in front of a trailer camp.
As usual, I was a bit scattered without my coffee and had asked for a coffee con leche which hit the spot and woke me up. Told the owner to make me a nice breakfast and whatever he recommends. He made me a nice sandwich that not only hit the spot but tasted great and I couldn’t even finish half of it. The other half I hope to enjoy at lunch time!
The area is nice and clean and there is shade and seating available. Some locals who were there said it was very good and recommended some items which I totally forgot…
Thank you to the gentleman making the food!
The food was delicious and the portions were huge!! The coconut shrimp was incredible and the tostones rellenos and pollo saltano were some of the best we’ve had.
Pascual was the ultimate host and chef. If you are in the area this place is worth the stop!
You might think that its a bit pricy for food truck but its a lot better than most of “actual” restaurants.
We couldnt keep the promise that we’d come back for next day because of our 9 months old baby but definitely would go back whenever we have chance!
Seafood was super tender and fresh.
Our favorite was chicken dish tho
Absolutely incredible experience at Rancho Pascual in Key Largo. The ceviche was insanely good — fresh, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with flavor. One of the best I’ve had anywhere. Authentic, vibrant food that keeps you thinking about it long after the last bite. Can’t wait to come back!
The ceviche was insanely fresh — citrusy, spicy, perfectly balanced — like something you’d get oceanside in Lima. The fish literally melted in your mouth, and the seasoning was spot-on.
Then came the lomo saltado, and man, it was next-level. The beef was tender and juicy, the fries soaked up all that savory sauce, and the rice tied everything together like a perfect comfort-food hug.
The staff were super friendly, the presentation was on point for a food truck, and the portions were generous. You can tell they cook with pride and passion.
If you love authentic Peruvian food or just want to treat yourself to something incredible, Rancho Pascual is the spot. Easily one of the best meals I’ve had in Miami — hands down.
Owner was super friendly, and welcoming.
The owner was very friendly and brought each item out as soon as it was ready so it was all fresh and hot.
