Ranch Grande is a nice restaurant. The food was very fresh and delicious. Our waitress was very attentive and we received great service with a smile. It’s one of the best tasting restaurants that we have been to in the Georgia area. I’m originally from Texas and know how genuine Mexican food should taste. The chips and salsa were very good and they give you a complimentary bean dip, too. It’s our first time in Thomasville, we got lucky when we chose to go to Rancho Grande. I definitely would recommend it to anyone that like authentic Mexican food.

Disappointing customer service experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. There was no greeting, no eye contact, and overall, their attitude felt cold and dismissive. I went in to place a simple takeout order and was surprised to find an extra charge added to my bill solely because it was a to-go order. At no point was I informed there would be an additional fee — not verbally, not on the menu, and not posted anywhere visible.
When I asked about the charge, the response was curt and lacked any real explanation or concern. It felt like my questions were an inconvenience rather than something they were willing to clarify.
For a business that relies on customer service and repeat business, this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Transparency and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, neither was present here. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others based on this experience.

Very good food and service on the day we were there for lunch (a Saturday afternoon). The restaurant had a good sized crowd, but was not packed out. We ate from the lunch menu and were pleased with the selections and portions. The salsa was what I would classify as mild, but had a good taste to it.

This restaurant establishment has a very unique vibe and family atmosphere; I’m a frequent flyer . I love the attentiveness of the team members, and when I say they are always smiling….I do mean ALWAYS! The managers always greet and fist bump, they are very congenial. They make you feel like you are family!! Oh, and the FOOD…ALWAYS FRESH AND DELICIOUS !!! You will NOT be disappointed.❤️

I am in town for business and needed to wind down. After reading previous reviews, I had to go. Definitely have to mirror the experience. It was super packed but seated quickly. They were extremely bust so it took a minute for my order but was well worth it. My server at the bar was awesome. Food was amazing and the drinks were on point. No disappointment here. Oh, and the birthday Swannanigans behind me were great.

I had more than enough for 2 whole meals ( not complaining).
