The staff were so friendly and attentive. Immediately as we sat down we got a delicious basket of chips and salsa. The vegetarian fajitas were extremely flavourful and beyond satisfying! Everything about my experience at Rancho Grande was perfection.

This used to be a great place to eat with great service, friendly staff and great food. My visit on May 1st 2023, will be the last time I go to this restaurant. The food itself wasn’t bad, but the service was Sad. The worst waiter I’ve dealt with in Beckley in years. Definitely not worth wasting your money on a place where you are treated rudely.

Great food and great service. I had the fish tacos and pineapple margaritas. Both were great. Our waiter was excellent and friendly. The restaurant also had beautiful hand-blown glass chandeliers and glass art on the walls. Great spot.

The staff were absolutely great and the restaurant was beautiful. The food was good but not big enough portions. The drinks are great there as well. Nice family atmosphere.

Everyone enjoyed their meal but me. Everything tasted bland that day I was there. Even their salsa tasted like tomatoes, and that’s it. No flavor. Sorry guys, I love Mexican food, and bland is not the way to go. Put some spices in it to make it more favorable. I like some kick to mine.

Absolutely amazing food service was top notch and the building is beautifully decorated and has a traditional feel. I’m not a huge Mexican food fan but rancho grande has won me over I will be back.
