The food was absolutely amazing! The portion sizes were super generous (and yes, they give free chips and salsa)! Cute atmosphere, and the waitstaff was very sweet. We found a new favorite place, and that is saying a lot because we have tried a ton of different Mexican restaurants from Eau-Claire all the way up to Hayward and everything in between. You won’t be disappointed.

Oh my grapes!! This food is delicious!! The reviews are spot on. I ordered on 9/5/25 & again on 9/8/25. Ordered the same thing. The pico is soooo good I ordered 2 the second time. Also added 5 grilled shrimp to my pollo california. The seasoning on the 5 grilled shrimp made them really good and it went well with my food. If youre reading this and other reviews, order. Doordash also came to the Baymont really fast both times so huge plus food arrived hot. #chubbytruckerapproved

I’m surprised this place isn’t busier than I’ve seen it the half dozen times I’ve been here. Always great service, always clean, and plenty of food. If you’re deciding on where to eat Mexican in Eau Claire I would choose here hands down. The Margaritas are the best priced in town that I’ve seen. A large here would be about 4 margaritas at Cancun and is $5.00 more.

We were traveling through and while searching online for somewhere to stop for lunch, I came across this spot. Good reviews and the menu looked amazing. So glad we did. Everything was outstanding! Our waiter was the best. It’s easy to miss when driving by because it is attached to a motel and we at first thought it was the office.

A hidden gem that is easy to miss, but once you find it you will be back! You won’t see the entrance at first because of the motel, but keep going right around the corner and the door is right there. There were quite a few tables that were looking at menus so I wasn’t sure how long our food would take, but we were in & out quick. Servers were busy but had drinks to us within 5 minutes. It took awhile to decide what to order, the menu has soooo many yummy options to choose from. We ended up with cheese dip, chicken quesadilla & taco salad with shredded chicken both on the lunch menu. Can i just say that both of the entrees were better than another popular Mexican restaurant in town, and alot cheaper. They also serve the lunch menu everyday of the week. What a concept! I recommend other restaurants take notice. We kept raving to each other about how much we enjoyed our food. I can guarantee that i will be telling everyone that will listen about this precious find! My hats off to the entire staff, we will see you soon.

We had Margaritas, Chipotle Burrito, Enchiladas Vallarta and Flan for dessert. The service was great and the food was excellent. It took about 3 minutes to receive our drinks and about 5 minutes to receive our entrees after ordering them. Super speedy service.

Very good, as someone who prides herself on traditional Mexican fair this hits the spot.
Not many places I’ll suggest the Birria but I absolutely do here.
Nothing beats washing it down with a Mango and Chamoy Margarita they hit well with the tequila and I really appreciate their spice levels unless you want it gringo style which if so hit a taco bell instead.
The fusion on Mexican American hits hard along with keeping traditional elements in the more traditional dishes which means spice
Recommend on all fronts.
