Kind of disappointed with this place. We have been to the one in Gilbert and that place was great. The food here was not good at all. No seasonings not even hot when the plates came out. We had a party of 13 and only a few people actually ate their food. For how pricey this place is, it was pretty disappointing. We probably won’t ever come here again. I will say the service was good but that was it. Filibertos is sadly better than this food.

This is a charming place. I had Peach Glazed Chicken with potatoes and corn. It was fabulous. Margaritas were yummy & great service.

Wanted to try the “Two Tamale Sampler” which can be green corn or red chili pork with side of black beans. I asked if I could try one of each, and on the bill it ended up being separate charges $5+$5+$3=$13 when the sampler is $16.

The green corn tamale was delicious! The green sauce is a bit sweet, which I love! The margaritas were delicious. The chips and salsa were really good and tasted fresh. I also thought the rice and beans were really good. The service was a bit weird. We had a big table. Instead of the server coming to the other end of the table to take orders, he had us yell across the table… there was ample room on both sides of the table. Other than that, it was all good.

This is our new favorite “get the grown kids together” spot on Sunday win! We know Tia Rosa is already as much a beautiful happy and relaxing space of any restaurant- and the food is just as good. To be able to relax with family on Sunday brunch for such a sweet deal, with such above and beyond service. I’ll have to spill the secret. Tia Rosas for Sunday brunch is the bomb.

Recently moved to mesa from Tucson and we were worried we wouldn’t get that same authentic, delicious Mexican food up here, but boy were we wrong! The margaritas were so good! Not syrup-y at all! Every dish that went by our table smelled amazing and our taquito appetizer was delicious! Highly recommend!

Food is tasteless. We ordered chimichanga, it tasted like lard taste plus rice was in the hard side. We had salad too, it was disappointing. Prices are not cheap either. Never again.
