Foods were great but the service was a bit on the slower side and they weren’t even that busy on that day we were there. Our water cups were waiting to be refilled and we timed it and it was 10 minutes before they’re being refilled ♂️

Service was good, but the food was just okay and not very appetizing. Margaritas were pricey, and we were surprised by a 3% credit card fee added to the bill. We would have used cash or debit had we known.

I would love to give them a 5 star. The atmosphere was nice. But sadly, the margaritas had a weird taste. I even started to drink it out of the straw to get it down. Didn’t feel anything from it. She took our drink order so fast and left, we couldn’t even tell her to shelf liquor. My chimichanga was so soggy. The meat had a good flavor. My hubby enjoyed the chicken fajitas. He was going ummm the whole time I’m trying to cut into the soggy chimchanga. We had to ask for silverware when our dinner came. Didn’t see the waitress much. She never came back to check on us. When traveling the area again…. this place we’ll pass on. Such a shame.

Grabbed lunch while out shopping. The atmosphere and prices were basic, and the food was just mediocre. The menu was standard with a couple of vegetarian options. Nothing special. We would not go back. Note: there is a credit card surcharge.

Always a good time at Rancho, but our waitress last night, Evelyn, was the best, very friendly. I can recommend Carne Asada or fajitas, or the fajita bowl, but I’m sure tons of other items on the menu that are delicious.

Waitress introduced herself, took our order— then we never saw her again…. Never even got a refill on our drinks. Food was as good as any other Mexican restaurant yet the service was terrible.
