I will legit come back from CDA just for the salsa they serve with the chips. Very flavorful and not that watery pico stuff that some places try to pass off as salsa. I’d buy a tub of it to go if they’ll let me.

Great food so good they ran out shortly after we were seated on cinco de Mayo. Best flavored chorizo burrito I have ever had and the tamale had a lot of flavorful filling and the masa was moist. They didn’t skimp on cheese and sauce. Service folks were friendly but exhausted from the busy day

These people have been spoiled like babies for over two decades here. They’ve gotten quite comfortable with not answering their phone within an hour of closing so they don’t have to take any to go orders, and I find that extremely rude. After all these years in business – to “thank” the community in this way- ignoring their calls and not answering their phone, using unhealthy, cheap ingredients, and just being how they are. Even your typical welfare household at least has one answering machine! It’s extremely sad to see foreigners take advantage of our generous welfare and business startup programs and then thank their community in this way . This is 2023, not 1975, and this is America, first world, hello? This is supposed to be a business for Christ’s sake! Why did we EVER support you? A different kind of “woke”, for sure!

Food cooked improperly(chicken was over cooked), service pretty much a joke, atmosphere… tables and seating to small very short, server barely did anything at all, paid the bill cashier gave improper change back and played dumb like they didn’t speak English, disgusting place food and service do not recommend.

$45 for 2 dishes (chicken chimichanga & chicken fajitas). Very pricey for subpar food. I’m a gringa and I can make much better fajitas. I’ve eaten a lot of Mexican food in my lifetime and I won’t go back to this place. The fajitas were in a sauce that looked like it came straight out of a can, chicken was not grilled. The chicken in the chimichanga was not seasoned. I do wonder if they ever taste their own food or if they’re just okay with using the cheapest ingredients possible for greater profit. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great to find a solid Mexican food restaurant! The owners are super great and clearly care about their customers’ experience. Food is excellent and one of the few places I have found that will actually run a steak quesadilla with Jack cheese. They way it should always be made.. trust. Its a full meal of a quesadilla too.. just like he promised. Will be back! Thanks, Jose. It was great to meet you!
