Food is amazing. I had a full spread breakfast and my wife had a huge burger and chili fries. Everything was on point!

I was waiting for my hubby in the gift area, the waitress was very friendly, and super helpful. She saw me walk in so she came to greet me over there, she was friendly…It’s refreshing to have that type of genuine service.

Absolutely loved this Nostalgic, blast from the past, truck stop diner, just off the Highway a little west of downtown Lamar, Co. Brought back fond memories.
A good old fashioned truck stop with a twist! The menu has all the American favorites, the buffet had fried chicken , pulled pork, sausage & peppers and ribs, among the typical sides you’d find in a buffet.
You can adjust the salad to any meal on the menu or do just the salad bar…The Chile bean soup was house made fresh, very tasty.
The Indian food was AMAZING!
I was hesitant at first but glad that I followed the 5 star reviews…We will definitely eat there again when driving through again.
I’m sorry I forgot to get the server’s name…she was there 12/16 may between 4pmish, and 5:15 p.m
She had black hair and a pink sweater..

Ordered off the Indian menu and the food was absolutely phenomenal, smaller selection but definitely one of the best Indian food I’ve ever had at a restaurant! Service was amazing as well, she was very attentive and considerate so there was never anything lacking during our meal. Didn’t try any of the country style food but the buffet looked good and well maintained and you could smell that delicious fried chicken from across the room. I’ll definitely be favoriting this place in my GPS and coming back whenever I’m in the area!

The breakfast buffet was excellent. I was the first one there at 7:30 am and they were already stocked up with a variety of options.

Cook was rude he was hateful because I asked if it was frozen or fresh he talked to the waitress like she was a dog. The food was not even cooked I had the worst chicken fried steak I have ever tried to eat. They did have good sweet tea.

Google website said “buffet”” nothing about only the weekends. Waitress acted like we were in the way more than anything. When we said we were going to a different place she took the menus and said nothing the atmosphere was stale and unwelcoming. Won’t be back, spent nothing.

Food:
Was okay…

Service:
Didn’t come by enough to fill up water, they didn’t put the order in, waited nearly an hour before she realized and apologized, and we left with only an order of Naan bread as other patrons came in and were fed.

Atmosphere:
Old style family restaurant, it is what it is.

1/5 Stars:
It shouldn’t take an hour or more when there is less than 5 customers, and for the order to not be put in and forgotten? Never again.

We stopped here for lunch travelling from Houston to Denver (both places known for their foodie scenes) and we enjoyed a wonderful Indian daal. The Indian menu items could easily be served in any big city to rave reviews. We’ve passed on our rave to others in our circle that travel to plan on stopping here whenever possible. Looking forward to our next chance.
