Inconsistent. At times brilliant, at times slow and off. The tortillas are great. The burritos are filling and great, though the price now matches them. The meat quality is low. Still I’d consider it a better value than many other similar places. Breakfast burritos are a classic, I enjoy a carne asada fries burrito though others swear by the California.
Food is honestly a 3 star but I’m adding one for having a 24 hour drive thru. Provo is hard up for 24 hour places so it’s much appreciated.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I found a piece of metal inside my breakfast burrito. This is not only careless but extremely dangerous.Someone could have seriously gotten hurt. If a restaurant can’t ensure that their food is safe to eat, it should not be serving customers. I will never be back, and I strongly warn others to think twice before eating here.

I got the Asada Burrito. The asada was cold and not tender, it seems to be old meat.
My wife got a burrito plate. The chicken in it resembled canned chicken. The cheese enchilada was not warmed. The cheese wasn’t close to being melted.

Visiting from Vancouver, Canada. If are looking for GOOD Mexican food, please do not pass this place up. Insanely huge portions, loads of flavour and fast service. This has got to be my new new favourite Mexican restaurant outside of Canada. The prices are reasonable and affordable and for what you’re getting and the insane amount of opitions they have, you shouldn’t miss this.

FIVE STARS. Let me tell you a story: I saw a friend eating a huge, tasty-looking burrito this morning and asked her where she got it — Racharitos! So tonight I came to see what it was all about and got a Carnitas Burrito. It is excellent! I was first impressed by the speed of service! It was less than 5 minutes. Next by the SIZE the burrito (I struggled to finish it) also by the quantity and quality of the pork. I’m no expert on “authentic Mexican Cuisine” but I do know when something is delicious! I felt like the amount of food was generous given the price! (Under $8) and the salsa bar is my favorite in Provo! No complaints. Not one!

I am so sad. I was looking forward all day for this burrito. I sat patiently in the drive through for like 20 minutes before it was my turn to order. I was only the third car in line when I arrived. I ordered carne asada fries burrito. my burrito has no fries. Its just straight meat. I was already depressed and now I am more depressed. The three stars for service is only because the girl at the window seemed really sweet.
