I just came to Rancherito’s ordered the number eight that cost $15.99 I went to the drive-thru and the lady says $18.98 to me and I said for what a #8 and she said yes and I said your menu does not say that much and she said yes it does. I looked at her and I said no I said have anI looked at her and I said no I said have a good day and I just drove off because they are overcharging. They’re not charging what they’re stating at the drive-through or on their website so I want everybody to know this! I would never go to this restaurant ever again you’re being ripped off and they’re liars. I just called them and tried to talk to somebody about it and they hung up on me. I don’t think they need to be in service so I’m sending this message to people so they can see what type of service they get at this restaurant. there’s Holladay has one and I would highly recommend they are fantastic polite they don’t lie about what their food is worth as far as their menu goes and I hope you all go there instead. Good food and worth it. I think they need to close. I don’t think they need to be in business because they’re not honest to people and they have horrible service and very rude people to hang up on a customer.

The food is okay but this is the second time in a row I have gone and paid for sour cream and guacamole and didn’t get a drop of it. For a 15 dollar burrito you need to get it right. Do not order the crazy burrito, they will not put any eggs in it and it will be a giant block of overcooked chorizo, however my dog did like it. I will not be returning to this chain ever.

Me and my best friend went there and the food was disgusting. Terrible meat yet they claim it was made only a few hours ago dry and chewy, asked for no pico and they put nothing on our burritos. The customer service was terrible as well. They were so rude when we first pulled up. And when I tried to call them very nicely might I add they were dismissive and did not care. He seemed like it was my fault he made the food so awful. I have always loved rancheros because of their giant gurthy THICK burritos. Let me tell you how small these burritos were they were smaller than my hand. smaller than an ant, smaller than a fly on the wall of that dingy place. They put my pickled carrots in a bag that I could not even open without ripping the whole thing open. I was PARCHED as one may say, so I decided I wanted something to drink. I wanted a Sprite and lo and behold, The sprite was four whole dollars and let me tell you the size of that sprite was not worth that amount of money. Let’s just say, I’m not mad! Just disappointed.

The food here is great, we love the carne asada fries burrito. The prices are really good as well. The place just needs a little bit of a facelift. It definitely looks old and the bathroom isn’t the most clean.

Well I’ve always eaten here and had no complaints. Until this last experience, there was a piece of metal in my burrito. It looks like a staple. Good food, and I understand accidents happen but that’s a little off putting for sure.

I’m a huge fan of Rancheritos and have been a faithful customer. I spend 30 bucks each time there and never regret it. I get the Utah Burrito consistently and my girlfriend gets the shredded beef chimichanga. Also you have to try the Horchata. Great place to eat if you appreciate good ol’ mexican food. I do.

I ordered some food here, and within five minutes of receiving it, I found that it was cold. I called the restaurant to address the issue, but half of the staff didn’t understand what I was trying to explain. They told me that this is how the food is served which should never be the case. I recommend considering another place for your food.

Overall a fairly good experience. Just your run-of-the-mill little bit more authentic Mexican food. Drive you did take a very long time and there was only one car ahead of us but it was late so I guess that can be expected but again it was just one car. Access though is kind of a pain if you don’t know right where to turn your left driving this crazy route through the adjoining parking lots. So not a very good location, you can easily see it from the street but not easily get to it.

So I got five real tacos with extra guacamole it was almost $12 and my mom got two enchiladas with rice she got more on her butter then I did on mine and I paid the same price plus there was ice in her lettuce on her enchiladas like I don’t get how they can charge this much I don’t even know how to speak anymore this just makes me mad
