Are you kidding me?!? I’d just been saying how I wanted a huge burrito from a legitimate Mexican restaurant and this did not disappoint! It hit the spot perfectly.
The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. Less expensive than some more popular chain restaurants nearby and WAY more bang for your buck! I ordered a chicken chimichanga plate and was unable to eat all of it because there was so much food. Normally I have no problem cleaning the plate, but this was a lot of food and it was really good.
Worth every penny and I will be back…probably this week.

Super clean, nice and new. The cashier was very helpful. I upgraded my chimichanga combo platter to have carne asada (which only cost $1 more) and my husband got the carne asada combo platter. I eat a lot, but even so, I literally was so full after eating only half of my food; they gave us so much! It was delicious. Then, to top it off, we had a cheesecake chimichanga–holy moly, that was beyond delicious! We’d come back just for that dessert.

Rancherito’s was one of the first places in Utah I’ve tried after moving here from Texas. The portions are huge for the price and everything tastes super fresh. There’s usually a little wait, but it’s totally worth it once you get your food. The people working there are always friendly too. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I have family and friends visiting from out of town! 1000/10

Inside is boring and feels empty and cold. The food is awesome! Cheeto burrito was amazing and the fries plate was huge! I’ve been stuffed to the rafters in a good way every time I have been here. Service has been good and they do give good recommendations. They don’t just stand and stare.

Decent food, good prices, overall totally fine. Not spicy, at all, so for those that can’t take much heat, this is perfect for that.
They have sauces to increase the heat though.
My only real complaint is the same one I have with several places, that is to TURN DOWN THE MUSIC!!!
Seriously, it’s hard to hold a conversation. I go there to eat and converse. It’s not a concert venue.
Buffalo Wild Wings does this and I refuse to take clients there.
It’s ridiculous. Please, turn it down. It’s supposed to be background music, not blasting in your face and having to ask; “What did you say?!!??!! I can’t hear you over the trumpets!”

My quest for superb Cal-Mex cuisine in Utah County continues. Los Aribertos came under new management in the Fall of last year. Since then I have been wandering in the wilderness.
This Rancheritos location is fine. The quality of the ingredients is not up to my hopes (especially the tortillas). But it’s inoffensively edible.

Rancherito’s has always been a great go-to place for my wife and I to grab quick food that we can both eat since they’re vegetarian. We used to go to the North Temple SLC location all the time when living up there and it was our favorite and always made everything perfectly!
When this location opened we were excited to have a location closer to where we moved. However, since open the time to get your food takes forever! I’ve seen multiple people just leave the drive-thru cause they’ve gotten tired of waiting. At the rate it takes, Id be better off sitting inside or going elsewhere. I’ve tried various other locations and none have been nearly as slow as this one.
While specific and not specific to this location, it really bums me out that the red and green sauces vary by location. Like they’re all made in-house it seems but they all use different recipes. This location the sauce is weirdly gelatinous and doesn’t pour well, other locations Ive been its been super watery. North Temple SLC location so far again has had the best sauce so far.
