Literally every other Rancheritos in the valley provides a salsa bar for people who eat inside. This place DOES NOT. They have the bar but they dont have it set up. They only give you 2 tiny cups of sauce for a super sized burrito. They even go as far as to charge 0.29 cents for each tiny cup after that. For inside customers. I won’t be back. They can keep their precious, over-priced sauce.

I usually have a good experience here but my last experience was horrible. The lady at the drive through was not nice or friendly whatsoever. To make things worse, as soon as she handed me my order she checked the tip jar very obviously to see if I left a tip. This was really uncomfortable, because I’m sorry, who is tipping fast food workers? With their latest price increases, they should be paying their workers decent.

To make matters worse, the quality of the food was not its usual. The meat was super fatty and it was smaller by 1/3 of the size. That means it was a $14 burrito that was mostly inedible. Prices went up close to $4 the past year for burritos. I understand ingredients are expensive but size shouldn’t decrease in addition to price increases.

The cherry on top is the ‘limes’ they gave me… completely rotten. Despicable anyone thought it was okay to hand these to customers. It makes me question if other food items are bad and nearing being rotten. Again, for $14 they should provide a couple slices of edible limes.

I love Rancherito’s but this location leaves a lot to be desired. Last night was not a great experience. I received cold cheese enchiladas, the 5 rolled tacos were hard and the guacamole tasted off. The enchiladas were great today when they were warmed but I should not have to count on my microwave to get hot food. The service here is wonderful most of the time but when you pay a lot for the food you expected to be at least hot. I will go out of my way to make it to another location because this one isn’t it.

Food is ok. I had a grilled chicken burrito my son had a California burrito. About $27! We asked for water cups. My son got a mix of Powerade. The cashier went crazy over that!! I am MAD she had a mean fit at him. I doubt we’ll be coming back.

Rancheritos, you sly fox. I ordered the five rolled tacos and, wow, they were delicious—once I found them. Somewhere under a Mount Everest of lettuce, cheese, and guac, there were indeed tacos hiding like little crunchy treasure chests. ➡️

The place? Spotless. The staff? Lightning fast. Would I text my friends and scream “YOU MUST EAT HERE IMMEDIATELY”? Probably not. But will I roll back through the drive-thru again? Absolutely.

Pro tip: bring a fork… and maybe a shovel.

I used to love coming here. I was addicted to the carnitas burrito. I decided to stop and get one today. Their prices have increased significantly since I was last here. I should have know something was off when I didn’t have to wait hardly at all like I was used to. I got my burrito and it was cold. I am guessing it was assembled hours ago and was just sitting there, not even under a heat lamp. It was dry and lacking in flavor. I am not mad, I am just so very very disappointed.

I was happy to find some familiar food working out here. The service was top notch. My only complaint is when I asked for more hot sauce. I had already gone through 2 of the small samples of watery, not so hot sauce, and I had not eaten half of the burritos yet. I asked for more and they said thru charge for more salsa. Unless you’re the type to put ketchup on your Mexican food, be prepared to pay extra for something that should come with and be included in the price. Greed in ownership… not staff.

On the surface it is a typical Rancherito’s, service is fine and such. Can’s speak for interior as I have only ever used their drive through which has had a melted trash can for over a year (hence the only moderate atmosphere rating) but the food has 1 key significant issue. Last few times I’ve gone there the food has been cold be it the nachos or burritos etc. Most recent time I decided to give it one more shot in case it was an isolated incident but it was cold again and ended up with food poisoning. So obviously they don’t keep food at required heat for extended periods of time. Won’t be using this location again

This was genuinely one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. The food was so bad that neither I nor my partner could eat it. After a few bites, we had no choice but to throw it away. It wasn’t just disappointing—it was outright disgusting.

The flavors were completely off, the food tasted poorly prepared, and nothing about it felt fresh or appetizing. When two people independently reach the same conclusion that the food is inedible, that says a lot.

I don’t leave negative reviews lightly, but this experience was bad enough that I feel others should be warned. I won’t be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend Rancheritos to anyone looking for a decent meal.

I really love the food at this place — their carne asada and fries are usually spot-on and super delicious. That’s why it was disappointing when my sister and I stopped by this morning.

We ordered carne asada fries burritos and asked for them to be deep-fried, but when we opened our order, it wasn’t what we requested. We hadn’t eaten the food, so we went back to see if we could exchange it or get a refund. Unfortunately, the staff member who helped us was rude and dismissive. We asked politely, but her tone and attitude made the experience really uncomfortable.

I’m leaving this review because the food is genuinely great, and I want to keep coming back — but the customer service needs improvement. A simple apology and a willingness to fix the mistake would have gone a long way.

To management: please train your team to provide better customer service. This place has amazing food, and with friendlier staff, it could easily be one of the best spots around.
