the food is decent and normally pretty consistent but i feel like every time i come through they always are in rush at the speaker and are very short and snappy with how they take orders or even at the window. it genuinely makes me not want to come through. it seems somewhat like they are annoyed you come through during business hours weather it be day or night. then if the forget an item you are the problem for wanting what you pay for.

Their burritos are fantastic. However I’m changing my review. We ordered two burritos and a cheese quesadilla. They got the order wrong and the food was completely cold. Probably something they are working on but they need to be aware of it.
My wife normally hates tacos but whenever we go there she gets a beef taco. It is surprisingly great! Hopefully they can take the feedback and make those need improvements. The staff is friendly, and most importantly helpful.

The food is alright, the rice can be dry and they still serve it when it’s hard! They wanna act all hard and be rude! Who ever the lady who was disrespectful to a pregnant lady! Attempted to order a carne asada plate. Menu says $13.99. Get up there and cashier who was already short says it’s $18. I replied saying it was $13.99 on the menu and she yells back to the kitchen and tells them to stop and then says okay bye. Food is decent, but it’s drive through Mexican. $18 is absurd. Atleast update your prices to reflect what you’re actually charging.

Rancheritos has always been the stop when we need a quick dinner for the family. Our order tonight was thrown away. All of the fried food was not fully fried and chewy. The rolled tacos were cold in the middle and could be bent, The crispy tacos were the same. The lettuce was soaked and slimy. You all gotta do better than this.

Just had the most disgusting burrito of my entire life from here. 2 bites in and I’m never going back again. The carne asada fries burrito had all of the sour cream and guacamole clumped together in a cold, congealed goo at the bottom of the burrito with none of it distributed throughout. The fries in the burrito? Burnt to a crisp so hard my dog wouldn’t even eat it. The meat? So Chewey it was smuggling Spice with Han Solo. The person who cooked this should genuinely be ashamed of themselves. And all for $15+ after taxes? Do yourself a favor and buy gas station burritos next time you consider THIS swill.

Not sure what has happened but the past 2 times I have ordered burritos from here, one being the loco and a bean and cheese it has 0 flavor at all and doesn’t taste how it used to taste.. unfortunately had to stop ordering from here because of the sudden change in whatever has gone down hill in the kitchen.

My family has ordered from this restaurant multiple times. Each and every time we order, they manage to screw up on one combo plate. They also fail to make any corrections to, or offer any compensation for their screw up.

I don’t mind the drink prices but I ordered a birria burrito and was very disappointed, the meat was dry rice and beans were basically non existent, barely got like 2 tablespoons of salsa, Pico was basically just tomatoes. Nothing on the menu looks good just sounds ok
