Ranch House BBQ & Steakhouse takes pride in creating authentic award-winning BBQ every day of the week. We start with the freshest meat available – never frozen. All of our smoked meats are coated with Pitmaster Anderson’s own rub and smoked low and slow with apple and cherry wood from her family farm creating a Pacific NW flavor all her own. Although Ranch House BBQ & Steakhouse was awarded “Best BBQ of the South Sound” and “Best BBQ of Western Washington,” we also are known for our hand-cut steaks, chef’s specials and homemade desserts. Reservations are always recommended. Groups are welcome – please call in advance. Ranch House BBQ has something for everyone – old or young!

Stopped here on our way home from Long Beach today, we were actually the first customers when they opened. Ordered the Half Rack Rib dinner with coleslaw and baked beans and the BBQ Super Sampler platter with pork ribtips, quarter end smoked chicken, pulled pork, brisket and a hot link sausage with baked beans and potato salad. We enjoyed all the proteins except the sausage, which we didn’t find very had much flavor. The baked beans were good but the other sides were rather bland.

I had heard excellent things about this barbecue restaurant so on a day trip out to the peninsula, we made a lunch stop here. We normally get pork ribs or beef brisket, but that day they had a special for beef ribs so we got that as a novelty, but I think that we probably should’ve gone for the pork ribs. The flavor was good but it had too much resistance coming off the bone. I’m not any sort of pitmaster, so I can’t say for certain, but it seems like it could’ve used some more time in the smoker. We’ll have to check out their brisket and St. Louis ribs next time.

Found this place by complete accident, and glad we did. Ordered the bbq chicken and bbq chicken sandwich with coleslaw and bbq beans. Everything was very good. Our server Sarah was very nice. The prices are fair and the restaurant is very clean and well maintained. It’s 40 minutes from our home but was worth the drive. We will comeback.

Probably the best barbecue I’ve had in a long time. The sampler has a bit of everything and it’s all cooked to perfection. The chicken, rib tips, sausage, brisket, pulled pork, and sides were on point too! (The cornbread muffin was probably my favorite of those) And the beef ribs… holy cow. (See what I did there?) They were absolutely incredible. Glad I wore my stretchy shorts. Not pictured are the macaroni balls that were beyond indulgent in the best way possible.

Good food, and always busy! I really enjoyed their pulled pork & chicken & burgers, but not too big on their brisket. I think they need to work on getting some better bark on their brisket, but it’s moist & tender. I really enjoy their BBQ sauce as well it’s served on the side & has a fantastic tangy bite to it. I’ve been several times, and look forward to trying more menu items.
