Ramon’s used to be good, but now it’s barely edible. I get it that inflation hit everyone hard but if you’re going increase your prices, give us the same quality as before. I bit into my California burrito and got nothing but fries and cheese. Open up the burrito, barely has any meat and even less sour cream. 16 dollars for a burrito of fries and cheese. Do better.

Food and view are truly perfect and amazing, but apparently the staff know it, because the service and attitude of the staff leave room for improvement. Given this is on a military installation, but they were just not friendly and accomodating.

We actually used Ramones to cater a workshop in casa del mar. I was thinking it was just going to be run-of-the-mill tacos but I was kind of blown away. Yes, the chicken and carne asada were delicious but the real winner was the carnitas and they had that nice little flavorful crispy edges on pieces that made me kept going back for more. Not my first experience at Ramones either as I’ve had their carne asada in the past and it was just as delicious then. Great place with some outdoor seating and if you want to walk along the beach you got access

This place has gone way down hill. We are missing a burrito, a side order of beans was maybe 2 ounces, the salad is wimpy, missing the bacon and found a long hair in a taco. We will not be back

The California burrito fell short of expectations and was of poor quality. It was served cold, with unheated tortillas, and lacked flavor. Despite the high price of $13.00, only a quarter of it was consumed before being discarded. The Carne asada bowl was also disappointing, as it was served with white rice and teriyaki sauce, which is not traditional for Southern California Mexican cuisine. Overall, the Mexican food at this establishment was subpar and did not meet the standards expected in this region.

The whole time we were at the beach there was a line because the food is AMAZING!!! I got the California Burrito -Carne Asada, cheese, fries, sour cream. I’d you haven’t tried it =Do it, you will love it. The meat is so flavorful! 10 stars!!!

The food here is decent. Nothing exceptional for the area, but pretty good. The low stars is because the value is terrible. A $14 burrito should be much bigger. Shrinkflation has definitely come to this place. The views are amazing, right on the beach, but for this place to be worth it, they need to either provide a good value or exceptional food. Unfortunately, they don’t provide either. Until this place returns to providing a good value, I’m taking my business was elsewhere.

Terrible service. Dirty. Inconsistent. A 12oz Pacifico is $7.50, used to be $3.50. My kids both got the same exact burrito, one was twice the size of the other. My kids each asked for a cup of ice water and they were told NO. The gal making drinks and serving food was not pleasant. The employees were moving tables around but no one would touch this trash on the ground. Seriously pathetic.

Well they weren’t great to begin with but the beach view is amazing. Won’t be returning since all I got was a shrugged “sorry” when I showed the cashier this deep fried toothpick in my roller tacos.

Love this place, great food and friendly people. The breakfast and California burrito are delicious. The hotdogs and burgers are also good. Small selection of alcohol but it’s nice they serve some right on the beach.
