They’re plates menu, are down sized smaller. Getting less food for what you are paying. The sever says it’s the same! Stop lying!! Ask for axtra beans. More rice then anything. Besize the extra beans could not fit in that down sized plate, dry. Just watch out being selfish with plate meals. Been going to Ramona’s for over 10 years. Lost me as a dedicated customer.. Does not taste the same what I ordered.

⚠️ uncooked tortillas ⚠️

All right well Ramona’s is a great Mexican food chain has been around for quite a while now. This particular location has failed to meet the Ramona requirement. My tortilla was undercooked. There wasn’t much meat inside the burrito. Not to mention I waited about 20 minutes for my food. I know this location is new and I hope that management can step in and step up the game for this location. As it does have potential but the people that were currently working were extremely slow they did not have a smile on their face and seemed upset almost. I watched one of the workers try to heat up more than 3 tortillas on a small skillet. That’s probably why my tortilla wasn’t cooked well. I spent about 16 bucks on a burrito combo and I could have went down the street and spent a little less on something more filling with real ingredients. I was very unsatisfied with my visit today. Next time I’ll probably just go to the one on Western and wait in a long line for something better and more worth my time and money.

Asked for tacos with no lettuce or hot sauce. They put hot sauce and lettuce on the tacos anyway. The person taking orders and handles money also prepares food never changing gloves. Unsanitary

I went there today for the first time. It is not worth it, they give you so little
for the overpriced food. They measure everything they serve you. The staff is polite but not worth it too have to keep asking if they can give you a little more. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I would love to give this place a high rating, but do reflect. That could not take a look at the food at all. They said that the city said they had to put a barrier about. It looks about 5 feet from the food. So you can’t see it even though it’s behind glass. And I usually get a chance to look at what I want to order when I go to ramonas this time I was unable to look. So I paid $14 for the incorrect meat that was ordered that I didn’t like and there was no exchange in your anything that they could do. Besides say, we’re sorry anyway, I guess the food is probably good. I don’t know but that I didn’t. At all that is just my complaint. But then maybe just a good place. It wasn’t that many people coming in and out of there even at lunchtime. Leave it up to you.

My first time coming to this place. Food was overpriced with how much they do give you. There’s not much to choose just basic Mexican food. I ordered a chicken burrito and it mostly rice and few small pieces of chicken. They don’t have guacamole and chips as an extra option to add to the food. The salsa was plain no flavor just the spicy.

Ramona’s presents a culinary paradox wrapped in a tortilla—literally. The beef and potato burrito, with its sidekicks rice and beans, is a hearty nod to tradition. While the flavors are familiar and comforting, they border on the mundane, offering a safe culinary haven for those who favor the tried and true over a gastronomic adventure. The ambiance—or lack thereof—does the food no favors, casting a shadow that even the most flavorful of beans can’t outshine. In the end, Ramona’s is the place you go for a predictable, no-frills meal when the comfort of familiarity trumps the excitement of discovery. A straight-down-the-middle 3/5, where the burrito fills you up but fails to lift the spirit.

Disappointing tacos, not authentic at all. Cold hard shells, not even half-filled with their meat. I actually couldn’t tell the difference in taste between their shredded chicken versus their shredded beef and potato. Adding watery “hot sauce” (like tomato sauce) to it doesn’t help the meal. Their refried bean and their rice were good, though. I would not recommend eating here, there are too many other good and quick places nearby for tacos.

Had a beans, rice and cheese burrito with red sauce. My man had the picadillo burrito wet style. Everything was delicious
