I had dinner here with my boyfriend tonight and the parking lot smells of diarrhea. You’ll definitely lose your appetite before you even get to the door. It’s a shame because the food is pretty good. I love their burritos and drinks.

Love this place, but one thing I did notice is that the food doesn’t taste the same as it used to.. it needs its original recipe back. The taste isn’t the same. I moved up north a while ago and went for a drive down to LA to do some shopping and look around. Lots of things have changed, and the food is one of them. Oh yeah, I even bought extra to take home. Like I said, things change.

I got the combo plate with a shredded beef taco and cheese enchilada. Also, I got a beef burrito. The food came out to almost $30. The customer service was horrible. The man that took my order was completely annoyed by even being at work. I understand customer service is not an easy job. However, this guy was really unhappy and spoke in a very low voice that I could barely understand what he was saying and then when I would ask him to repeat himself he would get annoyed. After I got my food I went to the car to double-check that my order was correct and they had forgot my taco. I had to go back in and request it and again not even a sorry. The taco was very tasty and the beans are delicious. The enchilada was average. My husband was not pleased with the size of his burrito lol. Overall the food was decent but expensive for the amount of food you get. But the true lack of customer service is why I won’t go back.

I left to go out of town. I moved out of town in 2021 and I came back happy to go to Ramona’s over the weekend of March 10th 2023 and I Can just say that I am very disappointed? I spent so much money and the food was not authentic Ramona’s. It actually look like Ramona’s but it was not the authentic ramonas and I am very sad mad and disappointed at the same time too much. Money for fake knock off food. It didn’t even smell like ramonas. It looked like ramonas but it did not taste like ramonas. We all go there for the taste. This is Tragic

Food is good still. I went during the lunch rush. (5/26/23)The staff’s attentiveness was great at the register. Food was handed out in about 10 to 15 minutes after placing an order… personally, this is too long for food that is already prepared especially tacos and burritos. They need to work on their speed of service for sure. Ramona’s atmosphere is more of producing food to sell at retail stores rather than the good restaurant or fast food service.

This review is for the frozen cheese burrito. Totally disgusting rancid tasting. The tortilla is tasteless. The inside is a rancid mess. I’ve had some of their other stuff and it was ok but these were inedible. The chile relleno was almost as bad. This is not how they use to be. Something has changed.

This food has gotten to pricey for a family of four. The price has went up and the quantity had stayed the same. We will NOT be visiting any of these restaurants again. Good food but just to pricey for what you receive. They had a good run with us tho. Customer since 1980
