Thank you for serving a great breakfast in North Knoxville! Perfect bacon and eggs. Google tried to send me to Sonic and Arby’s when I was looking for a local breakfast place! Crazy. (Im new to the area). Google algorithms drives me nuts, burying gems like Rami’s. Well, I’ve found it now and will be back many more times!!

Love this mom and pop! We try to find these places as we go out and about. I had the Greek omelet. However, I took off the mushrooms (we were told they are canned and I dont like canned mushrooms) and substituted green peppers. Honestly, I would do it again, even if the mushrooms were fresh because it was absolutely perfection.

Because we own a cafe, it is so hard for me to actually “like” food because I am picky on quality, freshness and just that “love factor” instead of the cow herding food joints. If you get it, then you know what I am talking about.

Nora was our waitress and she made excellent recommendations and was on top of taking care of us, so that is appreciated!

I also ordered pancakes with blueberries, bananas and pecans. Hubby is NOT a fan of pecans OR pancakes but tasted mine and was like, oh wow, that is good. No syrup is required….it is a perfect balance of sweet and all the yumminess!

Hubby got the potato omelet. He ate it all (unlike him) with the exception of the one bite I took. It was really good. I just dont eat a lot of potatoes.

We walked out with a bill that was around $25 with literally 3 meals (because there was a full order of the loaded pancakes), plus our omelets! We did not get drinks, but seriously, priced well, clean place, EXCELLENT FOOD, AND Great service….checks all the boxes for me and that SAYS A LOT!

Oh, we will be back….that is guaranteed! Go here over other places in the area (we have tried most of them) and thank me later

Why would I eat at Rami’s Cafe again?
First of all the service was very quick and friendly. No one rushed you and everybody seemed to be having a good time.

The food was very good, I can’t say it was the best breakfast I’ve ever eaten, but I’ve dined at so many places over my lifetime, it’s hard to find the best place every time I go out to eat.

The only negative things I could say were the sausage gravy could have used more pepper, the chicken fried steak was more of a frozen patty and the coffee price was a bit high.

Not horrible things mind you. I could always add a little more pepper, for the price it would be hard to expect real steak and with Starbucks charging what they charge for a cup of coffee it’s understandable.

But here’s the real reason, compared to chain trendy places like First Watch the food was much tastier and a heck of a lot more affordable. Honestly even fast food joints can get more expensive these days and the quality of fast food is abysmal.

So give Rami’s Cafe a try I’m sure you’ll be pleased!

Simple southern cooking and atmosphere, but I love it. No nonsense, attentive service and delicious home style food. I absolutely love the biscuit breakfast sandwich with sausage. The biscuit is ridiculously good. Wish this was in my home town. I would eat here regularly

Thank you for a great breakfast. Our server Crystal made us feel like the only table in the restaurant when they were busy. Our food came out in less than 5 min. I would recommend anyone in the area to go check out Ramis Cafe…

My husband and I went to Rami’s for lunch. It had been years since I had been there and it was just as good as I remembered it. Basel does a top notch job! My husband had a burger and I had an omelet. Both were delicious! They were very busy for 1 o’clock that day, but kept everything coming out quickly.

Well, our brunch bunch was at it again Saturday! Our very first time at Rami’s and it did not disappoint.

Things I love:
1. SERVICE was 10/10! Our server found out it was one of our members’ first birthdays and she bought his breakfast:) She made us all feel welcome.
2. The food was really good. I ate every single bit of my ham & cheese omelette & my biscuit & gravy. I was hungry. What can I say? The rest of the group loved their food, too. Two got BLTs and another got pancakes. All yummy!
3. Easy in and out- no waiting. We got seated immediately.

I really wish their tea had been better. I get unsweet tea at brunch and theirs was just so-so. Kind of watery & not a lot of that tea taste.

Park around back and walk to the front to enter. Not a big deal at all. GPS will get you right there.

We will be back! Thanks, Rami’s, for being just plain AWESOME on Saturday! Our server was phenomenal and so was the food!

My first visit here and I’m in love, absolutely the best home cooked breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Country fried steak and eggs with the best home fries ever. And the wheat toast is absolutely delicious . Place s very clean and staff super friendly.
Edit: still the best place to go for breakfast.

My friend and I visited this cute little diner on Broadway after we hiked on Sharp’s Ridge, which is nearby. The servers and the service was great, and we both enjoyed our delicious patty melts on marbled rye with lettuce, tomato, and mayo to make them especially juicy. It was a great sandwich, and I will go back if I’m in the area again.
