I’ve been to Japan and this ramen is as good if not better than what I experienced over there. Best tonkotsu broth full of pork flavor. If you like spice, get the Black Jack. If you don’t but love garlic, get the Black Tonkotsu. Their sushi and appetizers (especially tokoyaki) are great as well!

The register guy/waiter was absolutely great and friendly and respectful. The food quality was excellently tasting, diverse, and nourishing. The atmosphere was fun, peaceful, calm, and pleasant. They have music in the background, songs you’ve heard before, but with a neat, club-like sound to it. There was also a man that came up to our table that made sure everything was alright. Prices were fair. And we got a vending machine coin for writing a review! So, we had an amazing time and experience here. Thank you, RamenYa of Branchburg, NJ!!

Wow! I am so impressed! I am a true ramen lover and this is the BEST Ramen I HAVE ever had!!! From the minute we walked in, we were greeted and seated right away, we felt so welcomed. Our server Karem was awesome! Helped us choose our orders with the best recommendations! The chef also came out and gave us great recs for next time.We got the curry ramen, it was tasteful and simply perfect. We will be making this our go to ramen spot! The manager was also very involved and we LOVE good customer service. Thank you to the entire team.

I paid $20 for a take out ramen bowl and was really disappointed (NOT DOOR DASH PICKUP).The portion was small and there was barely any protein with just a small spoonful of chicken and half an egg. The flavor was bland and the chicken was tasteless. The arugula in the mix threw off the flavor and didn’t go well with the broth at all. I finished it in one sitting and felt like it wasn’t worth the price. I honestly thought it would be much better considering the 4.8-star reviews, but I guess not many people here have had decent ramen for the right price. Definitely expected better quality and balance for what they charge.

Great ramen place in Branchburg! You get consistently good food that does not break the bank. Our server Temi was especially courteous and helpful and the restaurant is always tidy and clean even if it gets busy. This place is a solid Japanese gem!

GREAT RAMEN!! We’ve been here more times than I can count! The flavor of the broth is delicious and the chashu is very tender! The portions are great for the price. Service always is excellent, very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is always clean, and has a nice modern vibe. I definitely recommend this place!

I ordered the shrimp tempura and spicy miso soup. The soup was very flavorful and the pork just melted in your mouth. They are friendly and quick to serve you. I would recommend and will be coming back.
