This is our fifth trip here and it has become our favorite restaurant. The staff, the fresh food and the environment are all excellent.
It’s not so fancy that you can’t come all the time. It’s bright, clean and inviting-not cold.
The staff are more than able and happy to guide you through selections and genuinely want to have a meal you will come back for.
We really enjoy the homemade noodles and stir fry dishes. I tried the Poke this time and enjoyed it as well with the ginger dressing.

We’ve been here a few times now, and they’re consistently excellent! Everything we’ve had to date was cooked perfectly, and the service is always very friendly and attentive. They really do a great job executing everything on the menu!!

What we love:
Beautiful Restaurant with clean and comfortable seating. Pretty cool design and layout to the dining area with some decorative wall art and nice lighting.

The Ramen will blow you away! I can’t stop ordering the braised pork ramen in particular. The broth for the ramen is amazing and the pork is tender and full of flavor.

We also love their sushi & signature sushi rolls, especially their Dragon Roll!!

We also really love their fried green beans and we had them add to them some baby bok choy as well. It’s made in a very fresh garlic sauce with lots of yummy garlic!

Don’t miss their stir fried noodles (thin or thick noodles, and we added Shrimp)! So good!!

Today we also tried their pork filled potstickers and they presentation on the plate was perfect, and they were very tasty.

Thx Ramen King 2 for another great meal.
Make sure you stop by here soon to experience their amazing food & flavors and friendly service.

Our daughter who is a vegan suggested we go here and it was outstanding. The broth and the noodles were so yummy. The pork meatballs were terrific! We will make this a regular stop going forward

We’ve been to Ramen King 2 several times and every time it’s excellent. Everyone who works there is the most wonderful person. They did such a great job with the space. It’s really nice.

Now, let’s talk about the food. It’s absolutely fantastic. We love everything that is dumpling or noodle related. We love the soup dumplings, pork fried potstickers and the pork buns. The stir fried chicken or shrimp puled standard noodles are my favorite dish. They’re so delicious due to the seasonings used. I tried the beef tonight but it wasn’t my favorite. Also love the crispy tempura shrimp appetizer that tasted just Like the ones we had in Nishiki Market in Japan. My husband also loves the pork ramen.

Do yourself a favor and go here immediately. It’s fantastic.

I had a fantastic experience at Ramen king 2. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious — full of flavor, fresh ingredients, and perfectly cooked. We really love their noodle and they have the best soup dumpling in Pittsburgh!!

Saturday evening first visit with wife and granddaughter. From the menu to the staff to the finished product, the entire experience seemed awkward. Menu does not explain how things work in this type of restaurant, and staff were borderline intrusive when continually asking if we were ready to order. Only after prompting with questions did one server step up to offer options for children that were non-existent on the menu.
The food was marginal at best. Pan-fried pork buns underfilled and not fried enough for my liking. Wife’s Broccoli and Shrimp stir-fry was barely stirred or fried – just enough to cook the shrimp. The difference between types of noodles and their length was not sufficiently explained and my granddaughter wound up only eating part of it. Chicken noodle soup for $17.
The dynamic among the staff also appeared stressed. A previous commenter noted an apparent emphasis on controlling costs – I can attest to that as portions advertised as ample were really not, including the amount of meat provided. For a supposedly well-rated and popular establishment, it was not busy.
I went here expecting something akin to the Post-Gazette’s glowing 2025 review, and came away disappointed and $80 poorer. We won’t be back.

Really really good pulled noodles. We felt the food was very good and authentic compared to some other Asian places we tried in Pittsburgh.

We got the beef soup noodles (regular thickness noodles) and spicy biang biang noodles (knife cut noodles), both of which had tasty soup/sauce with good noodle texture. The pan fried dumplings had a nice chewy skin. The sweet and sour fish was easy to eat as a shared dish. The owners are friendly and nice people. Thanks for the great meal!

I’m from northern China, and it’s hard to find authentic noodle restaurants in Pittsburgh. But this is the one! Their noodle dishes are handmade, and each portion is quite large, which is perfect for a hearty meal. The flavors remind me of home, with just the right texture and taste that you’d expect from true northern Chinese noodles. I also appreciate the cozy, traditional decor that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The waitresses are all very friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. I’ll definitely come back again and bring friends along to try it too!

Third time here. Every meal has been delicious. Today we tried the soup dumplings, fried pork buns, and stir fried noodles with chicken. I think the pork buns were the star this time, but no complaints on anything. Clean, spacious and well decorated inside. They also seem to do a big take out business, but hot and fresh is the way to go.

This place is a must try! The noodles are so good- hand pulled you can watch them Make them right in the window. Everything tasted fresh, the sea weed salad was very good as well as the spicy chicken bowl. Service was amazing, our first time and definitely going back
