The ramen was absolutely delicious! Everything I tried tasted fresh and flavorful. We visited during a busy hour, so we waited about 10–15 minutes, but it was totally worth it. The cashier service can be a bit slow, but that’s understandable since they also handle the tables and orders — just a little patience goes a long way. Everything else was perfect: the staff, the atmosphere, and the food. Everything came out quickly, and the temperature was just right. I’d definitely come back again! ✨

Ramen Hub in Long Beach is such a great late-night spot! The food is seriously yummy — our takoyaki came out hot, crispy, and drizzled with the perfect amount of sauce and mayo. The sushi rolls were fresh and colorful, and the ramen noodles were simple but comforting, exactly what you want when you’re craving something warm.

The service is another highlight. The staff is friendly, fun, and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Plus, they stay open late, which is amazing when you want a relaxed, satisfying meal after regular restaurant hours.

Overall, delicious food, a great vibe, and the convenience of late-night hours make Ramen Hub an easy place to recommend!

Hi guys! This was only my second time here and this time was way better than my first! We had the Tonkotsu ramen bowl we added some spice and extra noodles! We also ordered a shrimp crunchy roll ( had better) and my bf had a passion fruit with jelly ball boba for only $2 and I had a Diet Coke fountain drink for only $1 dollar! Where can you get a drink for that price now days?! No where! Anyhow the soup was good not too much flavor but decent! Go try this place and let me know what you think!

There was a line when I went on a Sunday night. I see how the crew is fast and organized so there’s no long wait to sit or pick up to go. Ramen is amazing that’s why it’s popular…will be back again

VERY Busy when we came and I will say, every Friday. First time dining in since I alway order to go from here. No matter how busy they are, it seems that there’s always open table.

Fyi, diners are not allowed to save tables without ordering first which is a good thing in my opinion even though that rule did not work for ua coz there were more than 10 of us. But that is ok.

Tonkatsu taste good. Karaage is good. My son said the new spicy rib topping is good as well.

We’ve dined here and there at Ramen Hub for about 3 years. It’s conveniently located and open late enough when other restaurants are already closed. Unfortunately, mine and my partner’s most recent experience was extremely disappointing. We both ordered the Tonkotsu ramen with the spicy sauce on the side, and one spicy tuna sushi roll. When we ate the roll, it was coming apart. You could tell that there was little to no effort on what was presented to us. Regardless, we ate it because it wasn’t as bad as the ramen. Now, we’re not foodies, but we’ve been to many restaurants that serve ramen, and our go to is the Tonkotsu. We’ve had this specific ramen before at Ramen Hub, and it has always been ok. It still satiated our appetite. Our previous Ramen Hub experiences have been with a softer, bouncier noodle, with a flavorful broth, and tender pork. However, this time it was incredibly bland with stiff noodles and tough pork. The spicy sauce wasn’t even spicy, too. I had to forcefully take a bite out of the pork, using my fingers instead of the chopsticks, and that was not pleasant. The meat had no flavor and also looked white. The broth had the milky texture, but it lacked something… more salt? more soy sauce? garlic? It lacked a sort of smoky, aromatic flavor that accompanies the broth. It made me and my partner really sad. We typically enjoy going to Ramen Hub, but we’ve made the conscious decision to reserve this restaurant as our last resort when nothing, and we mean nothing else, is available or open to satiate our sushi or ramen craving. Fingers crossed for some improvement! That being said, the service here has always been good and friendly. The ambiance is a cool, college life relaxed vibe. It can get a little loud, but it’s never rowdy in its lunch hall seating arrangement. The music and music videos are fun. And, finally, the restaurant and bathrooms are always clean.

This spot in Long Beach is an excellent choice for late-night dining. The food is satisfying, fresh, and hits the spot when you’re in the mood for something warm and comforting. Everything was well prepared and served hot, making it perfect for a relaxed meal after regular hours.

What really stands out is the service — the staff is welcoming, upbeat, and creates a fun, comfortable atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The late-night hours are a huge plus and make it easy to enjoy a quality meal when most places are already closed.

Overall, it’s a great place for good food, positive vibes, and a convenient late-night option that’s easy to recommend.

I didn’t know this place was busy until I arrived. I thought it was going to be something fast. The line moved fast don’t wet be wrong but the line was long. They definitely are use to the line at night. I was surprised, I’m glad I only waited 15mins for a Sunday. The food was delicious! The ramen!!!! I’m so excited..this is where I’m going and it by my baby girls vet next door. A pleasant surprise

Parking lot is terrible, if you can carpool 100% recommend to do that. Inside there is a lot more room than you would think (with outdoor seating as well). It is a first come first get on seating. Placed our order and they were very nice, same with when they delivered our food. We ordered a couple of rolls, spicy miso ramen and tonkatsu ramen with gyoza. Ramen broth had decent flavor, noodles were very thin but I did like that they were cooked on the firmer side. Gyoza was ok. The rolls where the worst part of the meal. The tuna looked and had the consistency of plastic. Spicy California roll tasted like a cucumber roll. The salmon on the other roll was good though. As we were finishing up our meals when we looked around it was very crowded. This was a Saturday night though so I’m not surprised it was so busy.
