We tried the Tonkotsu and Miso ramen.
The noodles were spinach-based, so they had a nice green color.
I added chicken topping, and the meat was fresh and tender.
The restaurant was very clean, and parking was easy.
A solid spot for a comforting bowl of ramen in Fullerton.

Okay, okay…yes, first ramen experience! I know, I know…I’m not a long noodle guy and def not a slurper, so I’ve always kinda avoided it. Had the chicken broth here, and it was really good. This is for the peeps who have yet to try…do it. Tastes amazing and you won’t regret it. Still not sure how to cut down the large pieces of chicken in the broth with chopsticks, but that’ll be for my second visit.

My wife and I came here for our first time the other night. It was really good We got some California rolls and a crunchy roll that was very fresh and crispy. Also we had some fried potstickers that paired well with our Pork Ramen that went perfect with the cold weather. We will definitely be returning here because the prices are fair and it was a nice place to sit and relax while eating some good food.

I had a cold and craved hot soup for dinner, so we decided to visit Ramen Hub located near the doctor’s office. They offered sushi rolls and four different styles of Ramen. We opted for the spicy tonkatsu Ramen with fried gyoza. The Ramen turned out to be incredibly delicious, surpassing even my homemade ramen. The dumplings were also tasty, and the service was excellent. We’ll definitely return to Ramen Hub the next time we visit the doctor.

Decent ramen but it’s not cheap. Service could be better but I won’t complain. It is super popular so you can definitely come and try it. Parking is Ok. Staff is Ok. May come back if I want a quick ramen. My wife also agrees that it’s Ok.

Service was great, reasonable price, really big space for a ramen restaurant, but the ramen was just not ok, only worth 2 stars. But personally I am willing to pay more for a better ramen.

I ate tons of ramen all over the world. I lived in Fullerton for 2 years, so I know there are some strong ramen competitors around here. This place are still soft opening, they offer free appetizers or drinks, I hope some of my little suggestions will help:

The tonkatsu broth was not creamy enough, but acceptable. More importantly, the spicy was real spicy, but even I could take it, the spiciness was overwhelming, so it was kinda hard to tell the original taste of the broth; a good slice of a hash is supposed to be melting tender pork belly, but what I got was dry lean red meat; the quality of the thin noodles was below the average, more like instant noodles, and they barely absorbed the broth. If there’s a supplier, please try another one; the eggs are overcooked; the seaweed was good for me.

Btw, their karaage was great.
