You can get better ramen out of instant ramen packs. The broth is watery, zero flavor in it. Just watered down broth. Noodles aren’t springy and chewy like traditional ramen. It tasted old and mushy. The Chashu they give you looks like great value bacon strips not actual chashu. With everything paired together it was just a heaping bowl of sadness and disappointment. The amount you pay for a terrible bowl of ramen makes you hope this places closes soon so something else better can open in its place. The after taste it leaves you with is absolutely atrocious. I’ve tried this place twice thinking it may have just been an off day but nope their ramen is that bad. I would recommend instant ramen over this. Go elsewhere any other ramen joint will be a significant improvement over this place.

I placed an order through Grubhub at 5:51 p.m., with an estimated delivery time of 6:24 p.m. Unfortunately, the delivery kept getting delayed… first to 7:07–7:24, and then again all the way to 7:51. By that point, it was over an hour past the original delivery time, and I was beyond frustrated.
I called the restaurant to check if there was an issue, and that’s when I had the pleasure of speaking with Jinx. She was incredibly kind and apologetic, immediately checked on my order, and let me know it had been ready and waiting. She said she’d see what she could do to get it out quickly and even tried tracking the driver, letting me know they were supposedly nearby.
A few minutes later, Jinx went above and beyond, she actually called me back to follow up after noticing the driver still hadn’t moved. She suggested I cancel through Grubhub and come pick it up myself since it didn’t look like the driver was going to make it. I was on the phone with Grubhub at the time (which was a whole different headache), and while they made things difficult, Jinx’s effort and empathy made all the difference.
I ended up driving down to Ramen Hood, and she greeted me warmly, let me vent about the Grubhub situation, and even replaced the broth and eggs so my food would be fresh and hot. That level of care is rare these days… she didn’t have to do any of that, but she genuinely cared about my experience.
The food, as always, was absolutely amazing consistent, flavorful, and worth every bite. But this time, the real highlight was the customer service. Jinx truly went above and beyond and deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise).
Highly recommend Ramen Hood…. not only for their delicious food, but for their exceptional staff who genuinely care about their customers.

Wondered why this place was empty when I walked in. Didn’t after I left. For $20 you can go to Jinya or anywhere else. The ramen came cold, everything in the bowl was frozen and not even tasty. Service was sub par. I didn’t get all the toppings I paid for. I didn’t bother finishing it. Feels like I wasted $20 and my time and I ate half of something I didn’t want to, felt like it would make me sick if I finished it. Even the atmosphere, design, furniture of the place doesn’t compare to other fast food places. Don’t know how this place is in business

It’s alright at best. The tonkotsu broth is very bland and no option for any kind of chili oil. I do like that all the vegetable add-ins are free.
Orders are placed on a touch interface tablet and you bring the ticket it prints over to a register where they enter in what you just entered… Seemed redundant.
Cost for edamame, bland ramen with an overcooked egg add on, 18% tip, and a water cup was almost 30 bucks. Not worth it.

Super cute and yummy ramen. I did a create your own with lots of veggies, teriyaki chicken, and seasoned egg toppers. My husband did the traditional tonkatsu and we enjoyed them both. The gyoza were pretty good too

I went for the first time on a Wednesday afternoon and really enjoyed my ramen.The ingredients were fresh and it was hot. The one thing I will say, is that although there were only two other people eating other than me, there were many dirty tables. At one point I saw an employee go over and move some of the dirty bowls on to one table but not clean any tables. I would have enjoyed the experience more if there had not been many tables of broth sitting around for an undetermined amount of time. Hopefully this was just a fluke!

Omg so good! Bowls were $15, which we thought was high for a hybrid style spot, but the bowls were MASSIVE! We each had to take some to go.

Teriyaki chicken, seaweed, broccoli, onions, spicy bowl was amazing, portion size was great. The kiosk is a cool way to order and customize your food without feeling rushed.
