Loved my first time at this place! The food was DIVINE and the service was kind. They’re very open to feedback for improvements, too. It was super busy for a Tuesday night and they kept things moving. They even gave me a ramen rewards card for a free drink and ramen after a certain amount of visits! (Thank goodness bc I’ll be coming back to work my way through this menu!!)

Got vegetable gyoza and the tonkotsu ramen. It was the best pork belly I think I’ve ever had. So glad this is in Hudson!

Ordered the Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen – I didn’t taste the garlic. They gave me probably one tea spoon full of it. The “soup” in general was good, but it’s not an authentic ramen in my opinion. $57 for 2 ramens and a Tonkatsu. Not sure if it’s worth the money.
The staff was friendly.

Went to the soft opening and was blown away! Our server castle (I think that’s his name) was so pleasant and really cared about how we felt about the food. He asked for any feedback and thanked us for patience, as they figure things out. This place is gonna be a great addition to our food scene in Hudson/berlin area! I’m from hawaii and I LOVED the flavors here! I hope they thrive!

It’s really NOT that great. Not a lot of options on the menu. Not vegetarian or kosher friendly. I was REALLY disappointed. Portions were okay. Got 4 small pieces of chicken that were clearly fried with pork cuz it tasted just like pork and no white meat. There’s a lot of better options in Worcester county that are fully customizable for the same price. I had so much hope for this place and waited so long for it to open. Their matcha was very good though. It just didn’t hit the spot. Place was nice and clean. Had to wait a while to put in our order. But it came out quickly. Don’t think I’d go again.

Excellent ramen place at Hudson. All the items that we ordered were great. The broth in the Tonkotsu Ramen tasted heavenly. The other highlight was the Guava Blush drink. The staff were extremely friendly. The prices were reasonable. It’s a must visit place for any ramen lovers.

Ramen Haven is absolutely amazing! The broth is rich and full of flavor without being too heavy, and you can tell it’s been carefully prepared. The noodles have a great texture and pair perfectly with the soup. The chashu is tender and flavorful, and the portions are very satisfying. The restaurant is clean and cozy, and the staff are welcoming and attentive. Overall, a fantastic dining experience, definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and highly recommend to any ramen lover! And they have BOGO for yogurt series!

Third time dining here, and again, outstanding! I was hungry, so forgot to take a photo of my miso ramen (which was delicious), but my dining partner took a photo of his Tonkotsu ramen, which was also delicious. The staff (especially our waitress, Katie) is super attentive, regularly checking in to see how our meal is, and can they get us anything in addition, and answering any questions that you may have about the menu selections. We arrived about an hour before closing, and even tho it was busy, we were seated within a couple of minutes. Portions are good sized, but not overwhelming; orders arrive with just a short wait. Everything is so flavorful, and you really feel like you are dining in a ramen shop in Japan!

The food is amazing. This was my first time eating traditional Ramen. I got the spicy Tonkotsu. It was an explosion of flavors and heat. I also tried the chicken and pork appetizers. Delicious. I won’t even mention the drinks. To die for. The waitress, Katie, was amazing. She explained all the dishes and and offered recommendations.

This bowl of ramen is pure comfort in its finest form. The aroma alone invites you in, and the first sip of the broth tells you everything — hours of slow simmering, layers of flavor, and a chef who truly understands balance. It’s not just food; it’s an experience. I used to be in Japan before, ramen tastes like Kyoto style.

Located in the busy shopping area, this tiny little shop offers variety of ramens with other typical dishes. Ordered the Signature Tonkotsu, the broth was okay. The portion and the price are reasonable.
