We stopped by for quick lunch and actually had a decent meal!
Shoyu Ramen with chicken was slightly bland but perfect for my tastes
The better half loved the Khimchi Ramen.
We both had left overs to take home.
Price was good value for money!
Service was courteous and ambience was quiet for Tuesday lunch

Ramen Hakata was absolutely AMAZING! The ramen was soooo good — rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, and you can tell a lot of care goes into each bowl. The atmosphere was cozy, the place was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. If you love great ramen, this place is a must-try! ✨

SAFTEY & SERVICE ISSUE!!!: ordered a beef udon that was brought in a EXTREMELY HOT cast-iron pot with no warning!! Even after waiting about 20 minutes, it was still dangerously hot to burn my tongue, which continues to hurt.
The staff were also unfriendly, especially the one who seated me right by the kitchen when I asked not to.
I had a better experience in Addison location , but will never return back to Allen location.

I come here for a quick lunch with coworkers when we’re in the MLS for ramen, although i always end up getting donkatsu. The portion here is on the average side and the price seems reasonable. The food here is pretty consistent and it’s a decent option if you like ramen around this area. Service is average so not much to speak of, and the inside is that of a typical ramen spot. Nothing special but not a bad choice for some ramen.

I visited on 1/28, and it was second visit. The first visit I loved this place.
The moment I try the noodles, the texture felt very different from first visit, and it was not normal ramen texture. The texture was like rice cake, mochi, or starchy. I wasn’t sure if they cook differently or the noodles were in bad condition. I was just worried about food poisoning. I told them about it and they cook new ramen and it tastes good as I remember from the first visit, so it DEFINITELY was not me that was wrong or there was change in how they cook their noodles. I hope the owner make sure to check what is going on. I am not going back.

The atmosphere is so welcoming and the servers are super nice. I was looked after and the food was amazing. I got the yakisoba and my husband got the beef udon nabe. Both were delicious and the thick noodles were chewy and great. Definitely recommend

ON THE WAY SOMEWHERE AND STOPPED HERE FOR LUNCH. I GOT THE SEAFOOD RAMEN – NO SEASONING, 1 SMALL SHRIMP, MAYBE 3 MUSSELS, CALAMARI ALL END OF THE TAIL/LEGS?.. NOT EVEN A BIT IMPRESSED, GESO KARAAGE (DEEP FRIED SQUID) GARLIC RAMEN IS VERY VERY GARLICKY AS EXPECTED. HAD TO OUT SOME OF THE GARLIC ON MY SEAFOOD RAMEN TO HAVE SOME KIND OF TASTE… WE WON’T BE BACK.

Ever find yourself in a situation where you’re just itching for a change of pace? Well, that was the kind of day we were having. I was in the mood for noodles, she was feeling pho, and then we settled on ramen, of all things! It turned out to be a delicious choice, perfectly complemented by a cold beer. What a tasty hidden gem.

I went here about two months ago and ordered vegetarian soy ramen and my boyfriend got some fried chicken and he liked his food but I did not enjoy mine. I love a good vegetarian ramen but the one I got didn’t satisfy me, the broth was mostly clear for a “soymilk” ramen and had a fishy aftertaste which was overpowering the flavor of any vegetables. The cabbage was slightly roasted but not enough and tasted kinda dull with the other vegetables like corn and carrots, having some fresh green onion made it a little better. The noodles felt too thin and soft not at all bouncy felt like an afterthought but I guess for people that perfer thin noodles it’s easier to chew. They charge $3 for a boiled egg add-on it would’ve made the ramen taste better but I’m not paying that much for a single egg for a ramen that already costs $15 . The plus side is the place is comfy there’s a lot of places to sit and they have a decent selection of japanese seasonings on the tables that I got to try for the first time. I can find a better bowl for cheaper than $15 I just have to drive further
