I order all the time from this place while visiting in person, but tonight I ordered an Uber delivery and for the first time tried their ‘fried chix tender things’ – did…not…ask…for medium rare… The noodle soups are usually great to be sure, although an extra broth should not be $3 for 4oz – if ordering extra broth and paying that without the rest of the soup, perhaps it should be the same size as the original? But this…chefs, it can’t be that hard to fry the hell out of chicken tenders to make sure they are fully, crisply cooked – this was salmonella central! Do better….

3rd time I ordered Spicy Miso ramen and received a different item. It wouldn’t be a problem if it happened once but the fact that this has happened more than once, repeatedly is absurd. I am never ordering here again. If reading a food ticket/screen is difficult, I advise you find another job

Open late in case Asian Kitchen closes, many ramen choices.

The Tonkotsu is basic, not many toppings, but notably thick and wavy noodles, and thick bamboo shoots.

Plenty of seating in late afternoon.

Used to be my favorite ramen place in all of Jersey City, but unfortunately their quality has gone down recently. Not to say that their food isn’t still good.

Went back recently to try some of their katsu and the portion sizes were great and the curry was very flavorful. Very good food for a food court and would still highly recommend it!

this is a great place to stop by if you are craving some ramen. there is a number of options to choose for, and for the price you get a decent serving size. bowls vary from 10-12$!! i was definitely satisfied by my meal. it’s not a long wait either! my order, #7 green chili was a bit salty for me but i still managed to finish my bowl. the noodles were plentiful and the right texture for me. i would come back and try a different flavor. i would recommend to stop by here whether it’s for cravings or after some grocery shopping!

I can’t believe I paid DoorDash $15 for this tiny fried tofu and extra noodles (which are not vegetarian). The portion sizes are SMALL, and DoorDash seems to have done a $10 markup from Hungry panda (receipt on left). The fried tofu was tasty but not worth it.

Not that many ramen places in Jersey City compared to the plethora of places in NYC so finding this place was a pleasant surprise (It is in the food court area of 99 Ranch Market).

Prices are good and the food was decent, the tonkotsu ramen could have been more flavorful.

Came on a weeknight so there wasn’t a line and service was friendly.

RUDE GUY! This old guy working was getting mad at me for getting a sauce from their sauces on the counter next to the free water. He was mockingly asking me why was I putting sauces in containers, and its only for “dining customers” only. there is a big sign saying for customers only and heres my receipt buying from them lol. he kept on saying how if i wanted sauces i should’ve just went in the grocery and bought it because for to go sauces i have to pay an extra charge ??? then why have these little mini containers and lid for the sauces out where everybody can take them? I have been here before and done the same thing and nobody was in my business like this old rude male employee with glasses as seen between the posters through the glass

UPDATE: PLS CHANGE UR SIGN TO DINE IN CUSTOMERS ONLY THEN lol
