Ramen boys is awesome! Haven’t tried a new ramen place in a while. The Kuro Tonkatsu was perfect on this weird cold day. The broth is very rich, which I like, if you’re looking for a lighter broth you might not like it.

The corn ribs were good, but I wouldn’t get it again. The same with the calamari. We really wanted to try the desserts but didn’t have room. Will definitely come back for more!

Veggie ramen: seasoned well, great tasting noodles but not enough noodles in the bowl, very colorful dish. Oxtail curry: OMG amazing flavor the meat was tender and curry gravy was thick and flavorful. The bowl was deep I got way more rice than expected. We also got a mango soda it was good. I won a stuffed animal from the claw machine ! For dessert we had sweet potato and ice cream at first bite I thought about a fresh funnel cake lol it was ok. The skin was a bit too crispy for me my husband enjoyed the skin.

Amazing vegetarian ramen near the Strip!
Ramen Boys is a must-visit if you’re in Las Vegas, especially for vegetarians. This was easily one of the most delicious ramen and fried rice meals I’ve ever had and both were made completely vegetarian (no egg, no meat).
The staff customized the fried rice for us, and it had an incredible smoky flavor that really stood out. We asked for both dishes to be made spicy, and the spice level was absolutely perfect flavorful without being overwhelming.
Everything tasted fresh, comforting, and full of flavor. This place truly made our Christmas Eve night special. Highly recommend Ramen Boys to anyone looking for amazing vegetarian ramen and fried rice near the Strip! ✨

Their Ramen and shaved ice are awesome. I’ve been a few times and they always deliver. The pork is great. Noodles cooked perfectly. Staff is always so kind and helpful. Great environment and decor too. Love this place.

At Ramen Boy, I ordered the tsukemen. The dipping broth is very thick and coats the noodles well, but the seasoning leans too salty. The noodles have good bounce and chew, though they feel a bit broken into shorter pieces.

The pork is flavorful and tender, and my favorite item is the ajitama (marinated egg). The seasoning is excellent, though the yolk isn’t as runny as I prefer.

We wanted to try authentic ramen while visiting Las Vegas, and the Ramen Boys name kept coming up in our research. We happened to be near the Chinatown at lunch time and decided to give it a try. My partner had RB signature ramen and I had shoyu Signature ramen with truffle, which I really liked. It had a very complex flavorful clear broth. The pork pieces in both of them were very soft and tasty. Highly recommend!

I like my broth hot with steam coming out. I ordered basil tonkatsu, other than green color, I didn’t sense any basil. Also ordered oxtail in curry with rice. Good flavors. Service was nice and efficient.

I recently dined at The Ramen Brothers and had a mixed experience. The atmosphere was great, with cool decor that created a fun vibe. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially with my service animals, which made me feel welcome. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness. The floors were quite dirty, which isn’t ideal for a restaurant. The bathroom was a mixed bag; the hand basin was clean, but the toilet needed more attention.

Moving on to the food, we started with calamari, which was delicious, crispy and well-seasoned. The corn was also a hit, even though I’m not usually a fan. The ramen was a bit of a letdown, mainly because they don’t make their noodles in-house. The noodles were slightly harder than I’d like, and the broth was just okay. The truffle broth was decent, but the pork-chicken combo broth was too salty for my taste. The pork was tender but not melt-in-your-mouth tender.

The standout was the shaved ice with mango, it was incredible! The texture was perfect, and the mango flavor was spot on. Overall, while there were some high points, the cleanliness issues made it a less enjoyable experience for me.

Theres something about ramen after a hangover, but lets focus on the ingredients. Im not sure what they did to the egg, but theres a sweetness to it that makes it one of a kind in the ramen dishes. Its so good yet hard to explain.

To add, a single bowl is actually good for 2 people. Pricing can be steep if you decide to add extra toppings as they range feom $2-$3 per topping, as they are heaping scoops add to your bowl.

I also ordered the fried chicken skin which was a good snack to start off the meal, but I added it to my ramen also.

I ended my meal with the sweet potato brulee with vanilla ice and it opened up my stomach to want to eat even more. I highly recommend the dessert! I ate everything including the potato skin as it was sweet and crunchy and paired very well with the ice cream! 10/10

Ramen Boys such a cool, casual, hipster Ramen Spot. Great art work all around, good music, plenty of seating, they have claw machines at the entrance with cute plushies and they sell merch as well. They are open until 2:00am. Friendly staff and good to see they help each other out.

On the menu:
Truffle Calamari
Tori Kawa Chips – Deep fried crispy chicken skin
Spicy Tonkatsu added Naruto fish cake (his ramen)
Kuro Tonkatsu added Naruto fish cake (my ramen)

We loved the Truffle Calamari with wasabi shoyu and truffle-mayo. The truffle flavor was perfect. The cabbage slaw was a nice addition.

The Tori Kawa Chips were crispy and tasty.

Now our Ramens-so delicious! My Love had the Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen he said it was delicious. The spice in the broth was perfect. He liked his Ramen.
I had the Kuro Tonkatsu Ramen – The broth was delightful it was creamy and savory. I love my Ramen noodles cooked Al Dente and it sure was. I like the thin noodles in this Ramen. The cut and size of the chasu pork was just right, the wood ear mushrooms and green onions were good too. It does get busy but it’s worth the wait. I recommend you give this place a try.
