Amazing food really a 10/10 super kind staff and owners. The restaurant inside is nice too. If you’re ever in the town center or just want hot chicken I would go or order from here. (Way better than any other chicken restaurant I’ve been too)

I went for lunch with a friend. It’s a fast food restaurant that sells chicken (hence the name). The food was much better than I expected. The chicken is breaded and there are options on how spicy you’d like it (from no spice at all to fiery hot). The size of the chicken pieces was BIG. A+ for size, flavor, juicy and tender. Really good. The fries were just okay. There was no soda fountain, just cans. I prefer a Coke machine where I can get refills. The restaurant is located in the Simi Valley Town Center near the fountain with the heads. I was so busy eating the food, I completely forgot to take a picture of the chicken . I would go back. It’s worth a try.

This is one of those places where expectations aren’t too high as you walk in, so you’ll be very surprised when the food taste is great and the food quality is great. I got takeout late at almost closing, and my food was ready to be picked up right on time. More importantly, I wasn’t missing anything. Can’t go wrong here.

I was really hoping that this place would be good given the long lines but I was a sorely disappointed.
After waiting about 40 minutes for two orders, we tasted the chicken and realized it was incredibly dry. It was so dry that even their “special sauce” (which tasted bottled), couldn’t do anything to help. The ranch was also somehow flavorless. The hot was not spicy and the chicken itself lacked any flavor. The hot powder used also was only spice and lacking in flavor as well. The fries were undercooked and also lacked any salt or flavor. The toast was raw bread with a slice of barely melted American cheese and was also incredibly dry.
For a place with a such a steep price point for mid food, I cannot recommend it to anyone. The one saving grace of this restaurant is that the employees were quite nice. Otherwise, I would go to any other Nashville hot chicken restaurant.

Delicious, I love the buttered toast as the side and the chicken tenders are perfect along with the fries. Service is great, they are very kind and I think the wait time is understandable, not really had any issues and Im usually very satisfied with the food, I recommend the chicken tenders but you should try the sandwich version at least once, it’s also really good

Love the food, but takes way to long, we always order online, and the wait time is never accurate we arrive and will wait another 20 minutes with no new wait time from the cashier. Commonly if we do order inside the people behind us will get their food first even tho we ordered less than them or the same amount. Everything else is lovely though. The inside has good spacing. And very easy to find as well.
