Did not like the atmosphere. Smelled like weed. The line is also humongous. There were many people and little employees. Had to wait 30 minutes for one tiny rainbow ice cream. The ice cream was good though and, the employees are nice. I think that if they fixed the smoking problem it would not ruin my appetite. Overall this place is amazing and I recommend coming here. They are cheap and their are sweet employees.

Ralph’s has phenomenal ice cream, probably the best on Long Island. Vanilla tastes really good. Service is very fast and there a lot of options for toppings.

During the summer my wife stopped by here for the family, service was speedy.
Prices were great.
None of them complained .
Workers were smiling and very happy to please all customers, at least 10 of us were there.
Great customer service.
We all highly recommend coming here to cool down during the summer months. Come anytime I’m sure their desserts will go down a real treat no matter the weather.

The guys that was working here when i arrived was sooo nice. First time ever going to ralphs and i did not know what to pick. So one of them helped me pick something. My kids love it too. They was also sweet to my kids as well!

Last second stop, technically should’ve been closed but still serviced us. Rainbow shaved ice is made with watermelon instead of cherry for some reason.

If you don’t like Ralph’s then you aren’t my friend and likely expelled from my family! Sometimes I wonder what my life was like before Ralph’s came to Merrick over ten years ago. Truly something I look forward to when the nice weather arrives and equally sad when they close for the winter. So many flavors, so many choices, not enough days to try them all!

Saturday closing hour is listed as 12AM online. I went there 11:25pm and the young man was closing the store. Made eye contact with me multiple times, but never said anything until a large group of his class mates came and then he finally opened the window to say “We closed at 11:15pm”. The hours need to be updated. I was really looking forward to the ice and haven’t had such poor customer service experiences at other locations, but this turned me off majorly.

The mango ices are incredible here. You can tell that they are made with a lot of real fruit and they have kept prices very reasonable.
