I’ve been in Patchogue since 2001 and over the years this seasonal ice place has been through several names. The last couple years it doesn’t have the vibe or atmosphere it used to. I remember from noon until 1am in the summer this was the spot music tables chairs. It must be under new ownership I don’t see the same hip cool kids . During COVID I understood it. No excuses now. I hope next summer ⛱️ I see the vibrant lively place we all come to know and put out the tables and chairs. Do you expect us to stand

I went with my kiddos, it’s a place we always end up because their varities of flavors is incredible. We always get something new, we try to taste every flavor. Only thing is prices have been hiking up and I get it, it’s everywhere.

If i could give zero stars I would. I went this evening for ice cream with my fiance, i ordered a small vanilla hard ice-cream with banana and extra rainbow sprinkles. When given my ice cream it was soft served. I told the person who made my ice-cream that i wanted hard ice-cream and the owner came over and lectured me that i ordered two many toppings for a small and shouldn’t have. I reiterated that i was not complaining about my toppings, but that i was given the wrong ice-cream. After her continuously being rude to me, my fiancé wanted a refund for everything, and no longer wanted the get any ice-cream there. the owner stated his was fine and that she would only refund mine. I was APALLED by the professionalism here. And as she said “shes worked there for 25 years” and obviously those 25 years sucked the personality out of her. As two people who work in hospitality i am embarrassed for her. Considering my small vanilla icecream cost 14 dollars since there is a 5 dollar upcharge to add banana, i think the least the owner could do would be to give me the correct icecream. I HIGHLY suggest to go anywhere but here

Horrible experience, ordered with a very nice young girl recieved the wrong icecream and tried to let the girl who helped us know and the owner swooped in and said “ just so you know if you ordered that with me i wouldnt have let you because it shouldve been a larger size” so we kindly explained we didnt mind the size just ordered hard icecream not soft serve to which she replied she doesnt care and we shouldve ordered a bigger size. She then proceeded to get very rude and use vulger language and then blame her employee right in front of her employee. As a restaurant worker of 10+ years this is a shame to see , love to support local but will never support poor employee conditions and vulger service. Dont bring your family here.

Some of the reviews on here just petty and pathetic. The place is fine. You get what you pay for. Typical Long Island pricing. Is a $10 minimum for card get over it people. The owner is a sweetheart, and the staff was more than fine. Those crying have nothing else better to do than be pathetic.

so this was interesting buy a 9 dollar pint of ice cream and have to pay 10 dollars because there is a minimum on a card…other than that i didnt have a problem with the service…I know that these Ralph’s are owned separately but the one that is in lindy has no minimum and from a business stand point that would definitely get people pissed …but like I said overall this was a first pleasant experience

Two kid cones and a doughnado which was made super small $23 was such a rip off. I noticed no prices on anything besides a few pictures. The doughnado I ordered didn’t look anything like the picture on the front. $10 minimum for card is absurd. Nobody carries cash these days. Also should advise your customers that there is a 3.5% fee for using cards. Wont be going back there!

Gotta love Ralph’s. The new raspberry soft serve is delicious. Blue Hawaiian ice is a favorite! Only complaint would be how expensive it is compared to most other ice cream shops.

Those kids working in the back are to busy catching up with each other instead of taking a simple order on 07/08/24. I had to wait for them to finish catching up with their friends and when she was done she closed the window and I was waiting for a while. Then to find out that there was a whole crew in the back that could have just took my order.
