The Christmas decorations were already up when I visited, and they had their seasonal gingerbread latte. I absolutely loved it. I paired it with a blueberry muffin, and both were delicious. I paid around €13 in total. Some might consider that expensive, but I think it’s quite reasonable for a coffee place associated with Ralph Lauren.
Of course, people take photos there. It’s a very Instagrammable place, but it truly is beautiful and it didn’t bother me. People were also enjoying there stay. The staff member working that day was extremely friendly. I really enjoyed my experience.
Inside, the décor is equally captivating. The vintage-inspired interior, warm wood tones, and refined decorative elements create a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. Every detail feels intentional, embodying the brand’s heritage aesthetic. The wall-mounted menus are clearly displayed and easy to read, so customers won’t feel confused or overwhelmed when ordering. It’s also thoughtful that the café welcomes guests with pets and even provides water bowls for them, which adds to the overall sense of hospitality.
However, visiting on a weekend afternoon can be less relaxing. Long lines are common, and once seated, you may feel subtly rushed by staff if there are many people waiting. The desserts on weekends also tend to look less polished compared to weekday offerings. In particular, the chocolate cake was quite dry in texture, which was disappointing given the café’s otherwise refined presentation.
That said, if your main purpose is to take photos, this is still an ideal spot. The setting beautifully captures the brand’s spirit and vintage aesthetic, making every corner photo-worthy. The seat cushions and sofa areas are especially comfortable, allowing you to enjoy the ambiance—even if just for a short while.
First, it’s not even a beautiful and comfy place.
I came here for photos because I thought it’s beautiful and luxurious, I didn’t hold high expectations on their food anyways. But the reality is it’s very small and simple. More Like a simple take-away. The tables are crowded and other guests are young and hyper, laughing very loud and making a lot of noise. I’m not criticising young people or saying people shouldn’t laugh, but it’s definitely not an elegant place that you can expect to have a nice experience. If I want to have a loud noisy place I will go to McDonald’s instead
Second, the food is terrible even I didn’t hold high expectations. The pain au chocolat is cold and dry. The hot chocolate isn’t hot nor creamy. It’s really McDonald’s quality.
Of course not to mention the price. 7€ for a warm chocolate milk ( instead of hot chocolate ) and 3.9€ for a dry cold pain au chocolat
Another micro problem is their metal table. As long as I lean forward my eyes were hurt by the reflection of the lights. I have to hold the food and beverage away from the table to eat. Eventually I finished everything in 5 mins and left.
We sat down at first and then decided to go for a walk and asked to take it to go – no problems at all, waitresses were nice and smiling! Very good service!
worst service, worst experience. i don’t recommend at all ….
