As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Ok. I’m gonna try to be nice here. Asian guy took my order today. I told him rally burger no onion and chicken sandwich for the $6 deal, make it a meal. He asked what size and what kind of drink, I said coke zero, small. ” can I please have ketchup and ranch. I pay $10.70. I receive my burgers and drink, no fries. I asked him why, he said he only charged me for the drink. I said it’s ok, clear miscommunication and I’ll pay for the fries separately because I know fast food doesn’t do refunds. I pay $3.50 ( or close to it) for small fries. I had to ask for ketchup and ranch again. I turn back around because something wasn’t making sense. I asked him, ” $6 and $4 upgrade is = $10, did I miss something as to why I didn’t get fries?” He said the drink is separate, a whole 4 dollars for a small drink apparently ( I rarely eat out) , but anyway, I left without giving him any trouble, but when I open my burger, guess what, there’s onions. Yall are really hard hearing. This is why I don’t eat out. I hate confronting people when they make too many mistakes. I was too upset, didn’t eat my meal. Just gave it someone who needed it.
