As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I walk never order from this restaurant again the health department needs to do an inspection. We ordered our dinner and when unwrapping the burger of the letters was old and wilder and not only that but the bread was mowed.

My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite and left completely satisfied. He ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, I had a double cheeseburger, and we both went for extra pickles and tomatoes—great touch! We each had a large fry, an apple pie, and a fountain drink. The fries? Incredible as always. There were so many we couldn’t even finish them! Not a complaint, just impressive portions. The food was hot, tasty, and honestly, for about $11.50 total for the two of us, it felt like a steal. Highly recommend!

They lock the restaurant early and make you go through the drive-through. The food is good but the service is always awful. Whoever is in the drive through around 6:30-7 weeknights obviously hates their job

Rallys I love your food. Charleston location need to get it together. We ordered some Honey garlic chicken wings and the sauce was at the bottom of box. Didn’t taste sauce on wings at all. Please address that .

The burgers taste good. What a shame that a lot of locations have closed. The fries are very crunchy and salted just perfectly! The chicken sandwiches can easily be compared to chick fil a. They have a good variety of drinks as well. The staff is always courteous and professional. I definitely recommend this to anyone that just wants a quick bite without cracking the bank !

At first, it seemed like the lobby might not be open, and it was hard to get the doors open. But yes, I confirm that as of today you can sit and eat inside. I had a burger and fries and chicken tenders. I think the fries were a little overcooked and they didn’t take the onion off the burger like I asked. But overall the food was pretty decent. You have to ask an employee to unlock the bathroom even if you’re a customer, which is really annoying. But that seems like how every place is in this town.

Well it’s only 2:30 in the afternoon and I stopped by to get my doordash order and they locked the dining room up. So I guess they don’t want anyone eating inside anymore. And they weren’t very nice about it either. I will never eat here because of the poor customer service.

This branch was not super friendly (They did help me later though plus one star). The main dining area was filthy and the service workers acted very begrudgingly when I asked for simple polite requests. I was not satisfied with the restroom which was also filthy. I can attribute much of the filth to the homeless who live in the general area but after eating I had severe diarrhea for several hours. As such I can not blame anyone but the bad food handling and poor quality of the food on anything else. This business needs to be condemned as far as I am concerned.
