Ok so was pleasantly surprised as we made a late night drive through visit and the kid at the window was amazing. Super helpful and very nice, told us if we had any problems to please come back and he would make it right. We were taken back by his customer service, he should be in a high end restaurant. We quickly received our food, order was correct and headed to hotel. Unfortunately, the food was not great. We weren’t going to load everyone up and head back as I’m not sure the food would have changed. Rally’s might not just be our jam. Even the kids were critical of the overall taste and quality. Sorry to our fellow who helped us at the window because he probably has no direct control over what product they get in. Thanks for being awesome, sorry the food wasn’t good. Bummer.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location. After paying for my meal, I politely asked the cashier, Joana, for my drink cup while waiting for my food. Instead of completing my order, she joana decided to serve other customers first and left me waiting unnecessarily.

When I later asked for ketchup, she threw the packets into my food bag — completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I brought this to the attention of the manager, Liana, expecting at least an apology, but she offered none and showed no concern about her staff’s rude behavior.

It’s disappointing to be treated this way after paying for a meal. Staff at any restaurant should show basic courtesy and respect. I hope corporate sees this and takes action to retrain this crew on proper customer service.

Struggled to take American express card and then debit card. We ended up paying cash. Then waited 15 minutes for food only to get the wrong order. The food we did get was a tiny burger and the dry chicken stips.

Go there once a month when I go to my doctors that is out that way. Wish they had more by my house but they don’t so once a month when I go to my doctor I stopped by and get my fries and a hamburger. I live 89183 area so I consider this my treat when I’m out that way too far to drive to go there all the time too far from my house Igo I’m out that way

This was an absolutely amazing experience. I got the $4 meal deal with a spicy chicken sandwich. I upgraded to a garlic parmesan fry and was extremely satisfied. I don’t even know how to rate the fries; they were so over the top. I definitely recommend this place. Come hungry.

Ordered the Glowzilla combo and made it a large. Everything came out wrong. Wrong drink….burger was smaller than a mcdouble…fries were filled 75%. No ketchup. The workers were nice though

This was a first-time visit for me, so I was excited to see what the Checker experience was about. The drive-thru was closed upon my arrival. Which was fine because I wanted to go inside and dine in to get the full experience. We waited about three minutes before I order was taken. There were two people on staff. The guy that took our order also made our food. Took about 10 minutes to get our food. Which was subpar, I ordered the chicken and Fry Basket, I say it was decent for $2. I also ordered a small banana shake which was good. The bathroom was closed, trash cans were full. All customers who came in before and after had long wait times. I don’t think I would ever return to Checkers.

I’ve been a customer for many years but haven’t eaten at one in several years. What a treat. I ordered the Baconzilla burger, a very meaty, savory, juicy burger. The burger tasted fresh and high quality. Coated French fries were delicious. My buddy got the chicken tenders and fries, he said they were also delicious and wouldn’t share. Service was available only at a walk-up window, not optimal but understandable. The prices were also better than other nearby competitors. The meal was a great value for the money. I highly recommend this place

Food was of great value and actually cooked hot and fresh. I also appreciate the cashier that took my order she was very friendly and even help me with redeeming my rewards. Will definitely stop by again Ty!
