As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Slop! I can tell this food has been sitting for a while. The drink tastes like water and what are tenders with no dipping sauce. Of course they didn’t include any. This is my second time trying them and I’m throughly disappointed.

Incompetence the the nth degree. Ordered was very simple. 2 different combos, one had a burger plain, said nothing on it, just meat and cheese, ordered a swirl cone also. Then verified with the cashier the burger was plain, no pickles, nothing. She responded no ketchup, no mustard? Yep was my answer, plain as can be, very boring. We were asked to drive around and park, we waited, food brought out, no swirl cone, so my wife asked her about that. She said, oh she forgot and went back in to make the cone. Looked at the “plain sandwich” had pickles on it. The cashier returned to the car with what looked like a small pile of poo, literally, they had made the smallest cone in chocolate, not swirl. We would have looked past that because that is the service you expect these days. But then I showed her the burger, she said oh it has pickles, I’m sorry I’ll have them remake it. She then returns and says my manager says they won’t remake it because you didn’t specifically say no pickles. I asked to speak to the manager but the manager good being the cashier and wouldn’t come out to talk about how crappy their service was. Highly don’t recommend this location. It is the definition of incompetence and cowardly leadership.

Food is good the service however I guess her name Becky let’s just say was rude as hell I pulled in the wrong drivethru for online which I didn’t see a posted sign that clarified so she was very short “back up please and thank you “ now I drive to the other driveway she comes over the speaker “high welcome…” which is fine but then I order and she keeps cutting me off. Look I’ve worked in the industry for over 20 years so I cutt hospitality workers slack I understand but her yea never again.

2.8.26 @ 1255pm. Got to drive up window. Girl answers and starts to take my order then interrupts me saying “excuse me sir give me 1 minute” I said ok. About 7 mins went by and I started asking the speaker are you there?. No response. I just left. What a joke.

I ordered the 1/2 popcorn chicken box w/ a large fry and coke. I asked for BBQ sauce and they were “out”. Asked what other sauces they had and they offered ranch and Buffalo, so I said ranch! And they replied with that will cost you 22¢. So I decided against it and let it be. Then I get home and open the box of chicken to find they filled it mostly with fries and a few pieces of chicken. So I basically paid just shy of $10 for lots of fries and a drink…

Ordered fully loaded fries and the mediocre amount of sauce is all i got on them. They need to put more sauce on those fries. Got the “monsterella” cheese sticks and those were amazing. 3 stars.

Made an online order for pickup. Showed up at the estimated time for pickup and food hadn’t been started yet. Waited 30 more minutes and then found out my order had been lost. When I finally got it, it was no where near fresh. Fries were soggy and the chicken was greasy and old. So disappointed.. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the staff was nice.
