My first visit to Rally’s was yesterday for lunch. I was not aware they did not have a physical inside restaurant for you to eat in and it’s already to hot to eat outside in AZ at 1pm. We decided to drive thru and take the food home. The guy taking our order confused me and he didn’t seem to understand what i was asking for. After we ordered and paid he told us to pull around. That’s it. No particular spot to go to, just around (?) There were multiple places he could have meant. Again, my first time here. I ate a cheeseburger (1 party which was very small and thin) mozzarella sticks and a chocolate shake. They all tasted pretty good and were fresh. Extra point for remembering to put the marinara sauce in! My husband got a combo meal and my daughter got a kids meal. This totaled out to approximately $42, which is a little crazy but that’s why I don’t like eating fast food as much anymore. All in all, I liked the food, but they need to make a value menu for me to be a constant customer. The food was pretty good and fresh but I took a star away for their employee confusing me twice .

Welp, I came by because I kept getting the $4 MVP meal deal banners online. So I checked their website, and sure enough it was still available. A current promotion. I get into the drive-thru, the manager 1st said they didn’t have it, what else would I like to order. He was playing games. So I said I have it on my phone, then he said well OK its $5, the App isnt updated. At the window I showed him my phone, the $4 Ad, and he claimed the store pricing hasn’t updated since the new year. 3 weeks ago? The food was cold, and mid at best, just stay away from this shady location. I am a wealthy person, but I visited this location to audit them and their abusive pricing practices because many residents in the area dont have a voice and can’t afford to be swindled out of their hard earned dollars.

This is what the hatch chili burger looks like btw. Also I when I went it they messed up my order by giving me mediums instead of larges, I was fine paying the difference and just replacing the fries and drinks, we agreed to paying for one large fry and one large drink I wasn’t upset just wanted to get going, I get it mistakes happen, I got the fries and drink and I noticed the coke dot was popped on the lid when it was supposed to be a root beer, I asked he assured me it was root beer, thankfully I checked at the tables and it was coke, so I had to go back a second time to fix a mistake on what was supposed to fix the mistake on the first order. Don’t go here it’s not worth $25+ total waste of time by the time I got home my burgers were cold due to having to turn around and waiting multiple times.

I have been to this location probably once a week for a year. It is always hot, always fresh, and I can always find some deal or coupon that makes it cheaper than anywhere else. Maricela and the ladies in the drive through are always smiling 🙂

They had a great $4.00 special which attracted us to this location. This includes fries, a 12 oz. drink, an apple pie and it states a spicy chicken sandwich, a cheese double or BBQ jacked burger. Our only options we the jack burger and chicken sandwich. The only options were chicken (which had zero spice) and the jacked burger when was slathered in mayo. The apple pie was the best part of the meal. As you can see, they don’t resemble the photo at all.

Besides the prices being very budget friendly, the food is really good! Haven’t had anything yet I haven’t liked (which is never good for me ) This specific Rallys has done an amazing job hiring and training their employees. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. They offer suggestions and are thorough with their process. Very nice staff!

I ordered 2 fish sandwiches, 2 hotdogs and a large seasoned fries. Fish sandwiches had little to no tartar sauce. The fish while some what crispy had no flavor. The hot dogs had a light spread of ketchup and mustard but so little you couldn’t even taste it. The fries were cold at best. Do not go here! Not worth the money.

Their pictures on the menu are definitely not what you get. This is such false advertising, they should be fined! I got the brisket sandwich and when I got home I was so disappointed there literally was only a teaspoon of brisket in my sandwich (I measured). I will not be getting any burgers from there again.
