Tramera was so sweet. We waited in line for a few minutes but it was worth it! We’ve never had Rally’s but the crew tonight made it a great experience. Best service we’ve had while visiting Little Rock.

I drove up to the window and placed my order which was two meals, I was the first one in line and was told to pull around and wait fornthe food. I waited 30 minutes and watched multiple people get their food before me. When I finally got the food, my order was entirely wrong and you can tell they just threw something together. My BBQ bacon mothercruncher sandwich is a sloppy amount of bbq, splattered mayo, pickles, and literal bacon bits. It has no onions and i can barely call that bacon, and I specifically asked for NO sauce. I’m pissed off.

The fries were fresh but that’s only because the clerk didn’t ring up my order at the drivethrough kiosk. I ordered a large fry. Either Rally’s has downsized since the last time I ordered or they shortchanged me. It has been a quick place to eat, this time was a long wait. I’ll give them another chance in a few months.

The customer service was good.But that was it. All i ordered was a burger from this rallys on 12th street LR. I was disappointed on my last visit but was willing to try again..This time was worst that the last visit. I ordered a Glorilla burger. It didn’t have any lettuce onion, tomato and the bread wasn’t a sourdough bread. It was Garlic toast with 2 pieces of meat with a spot of BBQ sauce and a piece of cheese. No mustard or mayo. Worst sandwich ever. Won’t be going back there ever again.
